Dunkin' — Restaurant in Norristown

I come here because it's on the way to work, but I definitely won't stop by again. purchased 6 bagels. they charged me 4 dollars for cream cheese. very unhappy and disgruntled ppl who work here, and I'm sure they're the owners!

Can't understand the drive thru operator. Told them I'll drive around and go in. Literally have to drive around, go back on busy street and try to make a left turn. They have one part of my order ready, thinking that's all I wanted. I'm about to finish my order and the guy tells me the credit card machine is down. I only have $10 on me and I knew it wasn't enough for what I wanted to order. I'm trying to ask the guy what I can afford. He looks at me and repeats something I didn't say. In retrospect I believe he was also talking to his coworker via headset, but didn't tell me- I was very confused and a little annoyed by the lack of customer care. Yes, this location is extremely convenient on my commute to work, but honestly not worth the hassle. I'm better off finding a starbucks that is...

I've been going to this Dunkin' for the past seven years. In the past seven years, there has been a lot of turnover, but I can always remember the ones that take notice of regulars. There was a woman named Sabrina, she was great and always was friendly and offered to let me try different drinks. Then, there was a woman with red hair that was super nice. Since before Christmas, I've been served daily by Tony and his crew. They know my order and when they see my car, start it, I know this because one time I switched it up on them!! They are very personable and know greet me by name. There is also another guy there, that is super friendly and outgoing. I don't know his name but my mom and his share a birthday! These two bust their butts there daily (I joke that they don't get days off!) and especially when the others don't show up for work, they are still there with a smile! They are now apart of my morning routine!...

Its actuall a negative..I will never go to #DunkinDonuts @dunkindonuts .. I stood for about 10 mins bfre I had to say Hello..(although the guy watched me come in the store) ... Then as i ordered my items the cashier did not ring my order properly so my bagel was barely toasted and as he was speaking spanish (im thinking he talking to a coworker he was on his cell phone) he begins to speak English then says these "ni$$ers" came in the store and started in spanish again while he saw me standing there.... when he realized I was still there he goes back into spanish using the word Negra seriously🤦🏾‍♀️ Manager said nothing he was walking back and forth... I'm like nope not gonna come here again... meanwhile the same guy talking also watched me walk in the store to the counter.. its was 2 women and 2 men working.. 1 hispanic(sandwich station) other 3 indian working drive thru no one was watching the...
