The Black Horse Tavern — Restaurant in Plymouth Township

My friend and his dad lived in the motel here since 2014. Over the past year his dad’s health started to decline. The way they were treated while living here was absolutely horrible despite they’re continued loyalty.His dad was later put on hospice and had no other places to go, the management REFUSED to let them have a hospital bed or most of the other appliances necessary to make keeping him comfortable an easy process there. The bed that was in there was broken. My friend was trained to be his dad’s hospice nurse and had a very difficult time without the necessary appliances. During this time the management sent him a very passive aggressive notice about inspections to make sure he didnt have any appliances hidden. They claimed they wanted to fix things but this was well over a month ago, his dad has since passed away there in a BROKEN BED. The lack of care they showed to my friend and his dad despite them living there for over 10 years, ESPECIALLY during such a dark time shows. I walked in for a friend and I bought him a beer and myself one.

But then when i asked for my friends 2nd beer the bartender said i was flagged and i asked why and she said "It doesn't Matter why!" which i replied what i haven't even done anything outrageous or drunk and she said to never come back and leave and then they escorted me out of the bar and i asked them why and they said they can take complaints except their owners. So i am confused on this whole situation... "You puked all over the bathroom." I did no such thing. I said i was not paying if they did not try to justify the situation and all i got was "I dont need to explain it to you, you just need to leave and never come back." i dont know if i caused some trouble if so i am sorry but in this case my friend even said i was not even in the wrong. I was calmly sitting in my seat enjoying my beer and then the bartender takes away my drink after i order my friend a 2nd beer not even for myself after she flagged me..... I dont think its right. When my family travels over here, this is where we come for a good time. After the last few visits though, they have just been a disappointment to the point that the atmosphere is the only reason we will return. We ordered a breakfast burger with an over easy egg, the same thing we ordered 3 days ago, and each time the over easy egg was fried hard and the burger was dry. We ordered a shrimp basket that was probably from the bottom of an old bag of freezer burnt shrimp. Then it seemed as it had been fried in grease that’s past the expiration date. There were a few very large clutter of 3 to 5 shrimp fried in one piece. When he asked the bartender about them, she didn’t even offer to fix anything, she replied with “that’s our shrimp basket”. He asked her if that’s the way it supposed to be and she said yes. And a Turkey bomb sandwich was under toasted and juicy, therefore we had wet bread. Just a bad...
