Isaak & Steve's Pizza — Restaurant in Norristown

Isaak & Steve's has great pizza. The biggest problem we have is they deliver the wrong size or wrong pizza. I ordered a large and paid $21.50 but got a medium. Once I can let it slide but it's now the 3rd time. Of over paying . Last night I ordered a large pizza I had a short time for lunch and once again they brought a medium. I didnt notice the box size because I was in a hurry. My husband opened the box and realized it was small. But we had no time to call Isaak & Steve to replace the pizza so we finished lunch and back to work. I called them the next day and .. the manager wouldn't do anything. You would think she would have recognized by my address because the other 3 times I ordered was from her. But she said I waited too long. I said I would tell my story and give a bad review but she didnt care. The customer service is horrible. Plus $21.50 for a large is expensive and to get medium is crazy. Original review (2 stars): This used to be the best place except now the pizza has a weird musty smell, which is concerning because I’m feeding this to my 1 1/2 year old. For this reason I had to stop shopping there. I ignored the filthy glass outside and dirty walls and counters inside Isaaks and Steve’s but obviously that was a mistake being thought the pizza has a very dirty smell and sour taste. I’m disappointed but if they change all the things above and practice safe procedures for the food I’ll go back again.

Update: they listened to the reviews and have cleaned the glass outside and the counters, also the pizza is back to normal! This is how you keep a business running for generations by listening to the customers. My family is back to shopping here :) thanks...

I've been ordering from this "establishment" for years now, yes (shame on me). Not only is the customer service from the OWNER/operating manager Isaak the worse I've ever experience and (I've been in customer service hospitality for over 20years) but the food is poorly handled and the preparation station is awful! I ordered my father a cheeseburger and maggots, yes maggots were in the beef. And when I called to let management know and his response was "well just don't order from here again" Nice, thanks Issak, now I'm passing the message to you all. For your safety and for your families safety. Alternatively, we have Many other pizza shops in Norristown, La Roma Pizzeria, Primo Brick Oven Pizza, Rocco's Brick Oven Pizzeria, and Mama Venezia's Pizzeria just to name a few....
