Papa Guido's Pizzeria & Beer — Restaurant in Norristown

Food is very good, BUT girls who answer the phone are so rude & nasty UNLESS YOUR A MAN then it's all charm & politeness... Food is good no complaints in that dept but if u spend $80 or more no free sodas or coupons that's definitely not good customer service n from now on I will take my HUGE company & family orders to Charlie's on Germantown Pike!!!! I will just save Papa Guido's for the small quick meals or slices of pizza!! Nowadays you give back what you get its that simple plus the lady on the phone was extremely rude to me BUT when my husband & son called within minutes of my call she was so polite & cheerful- THEY WILL NEVER GET A $100+ ORDER FROM MY WALLET...

On 11/17/19 I ordered hot wings and bbq wings the food was an hour late and cold I got hard fried wings not sauce not even the ranch dressing I wanted. I called beck to complain and I was hoping to get some fresh food but the lady on the phone stated she will send the delivery person back to get the food so they can send me a fresh order. I asked her why can’t they fix a fresh set of food sent the delivery with it and I’ll give the old food back, she started that’s not how they do it. I was piss off I was ready to tell her off so I just hung up. That was my first and last time I will ever order from papa guidos...

Although the food is great, the place is not. Its a guaranteed hour and half a half wait every time you order whether it's pickup or delivery. The place is really tiny and gets packed very easily during a rush making it difficult for customers to walk in and out. I've witnessed staff leave food in unsanitary locations during a rush. I feel sorry for the staff at the front cashier. They have a tremendous workload on them answering phone calls, dealing with 10+ customers in their face all day, plus a slow cooking team. With all the negatives, the food is at least a positive. Just don't expect to get...
