Heav'nly Donuts — Restaurant in North Andover

I was so excited and looked forward to this on our road trip. I got my hopes up. We got the new girl at the counter and I'm a fairly patient person. I get it your new but once her trainer left her side she didn't know what to do and was rather rude. I tired to politely correct her when she gave me a small coffee when I asked for a medium, I watched her grab it from the wrong area and tried to stop her before she made the coffee (without asking how I would like it) and then tried to reassure me it was the right size... normally this wouldn't bother me if you simply just fix the small mistake. But now I feel the need to be on here and share my opinion. She gave us no napkins and dismissed me so quickly to get the next person. (The other counter person tried to shush me to the side before I was even done with my order) I was given no receipt so I don't know her name. I will say that the pastries were good and my bf enjoyed his coffee because the trainer made sure to ask how he would like his.

I'm not saying this is a bad chain. It's probably really great. I however just got some not so great...

When I was pregnant I bought a sandwich from here and asked for no egg. They put egg in it,no biggy. Then when I asked to have another sandwich made they gave me that 'are you serious' look. It came out to quickly(like less than a minute) sho I asked if they remade it or just took off the egg because again, I'm pregnant and get violently ill with egg. They rolled there eyes and acted like i was inconveniencing them. That's not even the first time I've gotten attitude from them. Even today i went in and saw every, white, customer get greeted and treated with happiness and respect. When I ordered, all I got was a muffin and the woman seemed annoyed with me. She didn't even say have a nice day. She just slammed my muffin on the counter and gave me my card(no receipt) and said "next". It`s not like I expected them to sit and have a conversation with me but they definitely need to work on there people skills (at least when it comes to other minorities) because they clearly knew how to be polite with the 5 white customers...

We have our usual days to go to HD, and we can ALWAYS get a fresh sandwich, Coffee is Always Spot on, and tons of Flavours, shots, or swirls all my daughters(4) , love coming to HD,They started at HD in the Valley, Then when HD came to NA, it was their daily stop! Now, We all come, Grandchildren in tow, They are lifers , And they know exactly what coffee they like, Donut, and sandwich !! Georgie’ in the Valley always gave my girls a treat bag,now he gives my 3,Grandsons a treat bag, every time we come in, and Personally Thanks me for bringing in all the family! So when the girls had fundraisers We always buy our Goodies from him.. As for us, the only thing they have to Improve on is their muffins, lots of times they are to dry, tasteless, We just stopped buying them, because they just weren’t up to par.. But everything else is fantastic ! Service is Great, and all the personal are congenial! Prices are the same as all the other Coffee...
