Jimmy's Famous Pizza — Restaurant in North Andover

I used to love this place but the past few months I’ve have not so great experiences. One time I even have a delivery take 2 hours and I tried calling numerous times to get an update but nobody picked up so I had no idea if I was still getting my food delivered!

I’ve also now had a few times where they got our pizza wrong so when we go to pick up, we have to wait way longer but they don’t tell us that ahead of time until we ask. I know everyone has off days, but I’m tired of it not being communicated to me when I have to wait way longer than expected for the food.

Tonight the pizza they got “right” wasn’t even cooked all the way, the dough was still gooey and all the cheese with toppings came completely off in one piece.

Also, I don’t think they even care of about hygiene. One guy making pizzas was touching his phone with gloves on and then continued to make pizzas with the same gloves. Gloves don’t stop contamination if you touch everything with them and also the food. Most people were not wearing masks or wearing them half way. The guy wearing gloves and touching everything also wasn’t wearing a mask, sneezed, and continued to make the pizza....

7/6/20 I’ve been a long time customer ordering at least twice a week and having it delivered. Today I went there and ordered my food to bring home since I was out. Let's just start with the delivery guy who was not wearing a mask and behind the grill. The everyone else had masks and gloves on. I saw the cook wash his hands with sanitizer and offered the delivery guy some also, he refused the sanitizer, not once, but TWICE. I asked him where his mask was and he said he didn't need one and that he was six feet away. He was behind the grill while I was there and walked behind the counter and picked up an order off the cold sub station literally two feet in front of me. I immediately asked for my money back and canceled my order. Sorry to say, but Jimmy's lost a loyal customer tonight because of an ignorant delivery driver. COVID-19 is...

Not sure what is happening with this place, but no longer impressed. The problem I have is the fact you only get one size. sub and fries. While its ample, I end up throwing away most of a sub and definitely the fries because its too much for me. I asked why and was told that it was easier for the cooks to only deal with one size. What?? Anyway, haven't ordered fries there for the last 4 or 5 visits because its a waste of food and money. Now the subs, last time the steak and cheese was so salty ended up throwing it away. Today, I ordered a pepper and egg, and again something not right. Don't know what it was, but I ate some and threw the rest away. Ordered Onion rings, and while good, had to throw the remainder away because there were too many as again, only 1 size. $23.00 in the garbage. Today, will be...
