I called in a takeout order for a burger. The guy that took my order seemed annoyed that I called in an order. He tells me 15-20 minutes. I show up a little after 20 minutes later and tell the bartender I called in and told her my order, she calls over a waitress and told her to go check if it's done, she comes back and says not yet. After waiting around for another 25 minutes, I hear the waitress tell the bartender they're just now starting my order. The bartender comes over and tells me they're just starting it now, with the check-in hand like that's acceptable, and I'm going to wait around for another 20 minutes. I planned on taking my mom there for the Mother's Day brunch, and when I took my girlfriend there, she joked, saying she'd like to rent the place for our wedding. Well, none of that will be happening, I'm definitely not going back ever again. Mind you, this was at 2:50 pm on a Wednesday afternoon. So it wasn't...

Had a private customer appreciation event associated with the AISTech show downtown. Everyone was impressed and left happy - the views are spectacular, the food was delicious (presented to a large group with perfect timing), and the service made me feel like I was “home” - in short I could not have asked them to do any better.

An Italian friend who “never orders Italian food at a restaurant “ because it can’t match his mother’s or wife’s said he would order THIS gnocchi. My ribeye was worthy to be on a plate at any high end steakhouse in the country. Bread, appetizers drinks - everything was perfect, elegant, and yet felt very casual and comfortable. And we were ordering off of their normal menu!
