Yesterday was my first and last time ordering pizza from Capone’s. My pizza was very badly burnt. See 4 photos. Instead of putting a burnt pizza in a box and handing it to me, I would have greatly preferred to hear someone say, “we accidentally over cooked your pizza, so you need to wait – we are making you another.” I would have been impressed by such a comment. When I called to complain the young female I spoke with was very polite and courteous. She offered to do it over again which I declined due to the time involved. She ultimately offered me a 2 week credit. An immediate refund to my credit card would have been preferred. I will not be going back. The few parts of the pizza that were edible were ok, but they were followed by an immediate after taste of charcoal. Most of the pizza was discarded.

We have been here a few times, each time we try something different. I love the buffalo chicken pizza because they put the buffalo sauce on top, it is so good!! The clams casino pizza was great too, we added bacon. The eggplant fries appetizer was awesome as well. Dinners come with a salad and garlic bread. I had the best drink I've had in awhile...Moscow Mule! So good, a must try!!

Wow, was this a good idea to try! First, they understand the meaning of well done. The bacon onion pizza was the best I've ever eaten. The crust was excellent and had me anticipating working my way to the end of every slice. Very warm atmosphere; these folks get it and love their customers.

We have gotten pizza from here at least 5 times and it was very good. Until yesterday. Could not believe that the man who cooked it had the nerve to even put it a box. It was burned almost beyond recognition. The crust was black and the cheese and toppings were so over cooked, it was not even edible. I called to report the problem and the woman barely apologized. So we brought the thing back today and spoke to the owner who took a look at it and immediately said that the pizza was reheated by us, which of course we did not do. He said there was no way the cook would have over cooked a pizza and again accused us of reheating it and burned it in the process. He agreed to make a new one, so when we came back 20 min. later, a different person was there to give it to us. He started yelling and accusing us of burning the pizza. Now he didn't even make the first one, so he had no right to say anything. The owner had retreated to the back and apparently had no problem with his employee berating a customer. The last thing the man said was that we are liars and to get out. Was all the denials and lies really worth losing customers over the price of a pizza? That's bad business and just plain stupid. Not to worry, there are tons of other places we can go. They'll put themselves out of business eventually if this is the offensive and self righteous attitude...

Every time i ask for extra sauce for something I'm told they are out or almost out. It's hard to believe that's all the time. The pizza is good, but that's about it. Truthfully i haven't been there in months until recently because it was so gross how many flies were in the kitchen during the summer, i noticed while picking up a to go order. However, I gave it another shot. Our poor waitress. I've had 2 kids born during covid and another one just last month (plus a 5 year old) ago eating out table manners needs some work and we have been practicing. However, if you have highchairs you should have kids cups too. It's an odd scene because it's not family friendly with accommodations in that sense, but it's also not fancy by any means and Jayanti has a bunch of kids anyway. Some of the food isn't even made by them

Update 4.2.23 I order here for the convenience but there's not a single time I have ever ordered take out where the entire order was correct. Tonight we ordered two steak and cheeses made two different ways. One steak and cheese was missing every topping and the other had all the toppings correct but none of the condiments and was made with sausage...
