Bojangles — Restaurant in North Carolina

My husband and I were 1st time visitors to the Bojangles on Lane Street in Kannapolis, NC yesterday. We chose to eat inside. The restaurant was in total chaos....we waited 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged, then it was a young woman who had been working the drive-thru who came to the register to take our order. There were at least 4 other employees watching us and 3 other customers who had come and were waiting to take our order! Nobody except the young lady who obviously was working the drive-thru came to the front counter. The employees were loud and disrespectful and not friendly at all. We gave her our order, then had to wait 20 minutes to get our food!!!! My husband is a 20-year Air Force veteran and he showed his military ID and he was given an 8 cent discount on our $13.58 order. Some customers who had come in 10 minutes after us received their orders before we did. The food was mediocre. The experience was the absolute worse I have ever received in any Bojangles I have ever eaten. The owner of this particular Bojangles needs to re-assess the staffing situation at this restaurant. I grew up in North Carolina and spent most of my adult life here, but now I live in New York. Today when I got off the plane, I knew it was time to immerse my self in my decadent Carolina pleasures. We stopped at the Kannapolis Bojangles because it was the first one we saw. As we pulled the car up to the drive-thru, my mouth was already watering. The lady in the on the speaker comes through enthusiastically shouting “it’s Bo time! What can we get for you” and I cheered. At this moment I was home. My entire body was shaking with excitement as I ordered a three piece supremes combo with Cajun fries and of course I got an extra honey mustard. We cracked the delicate box open and started dipping the steaming supremes one by one until they we were gone. My belly and my heart are fuller than I can express. Thank you...

I did an online order and had my husband pick it up. He got home with it and I was missing the 12 chicken supreme’s that were supposed to be in the meal. The kids had already grabbed the food and were eating before I even noticed them missing. I called to let them know and they told me I had to bring the whole meal back so I could get my supreme’s. I asked if they were going to recook the whole meal for me considering I had to go out of my way for their mistake and my food was going to be cold. She said that they would only give me what I was missing and they wouldn’t replace the other items because that is their policy.
