Ordered Philly cheesesteak which is what she recommended. I ate maybe 1/4 of it and couldn’t eat anymore due to the bread being soaked in oil. I could take my fingers and squeeze it out and that’s all I tasted so I sent it back and asked her if I needed to pay. She said no asked me if it like anything else and I didn’t have the time so needed to leave. Said I don’t have any cash, but I’d like to leave a tip so can you put like a cent on here?. I worked in the restaurant industry for years and even though I hadn’t been there long and was sitting at the bar, wanted to leave her a few bucks. She came back, appearing unsympathetic and said they’re charging you for the ranch. I have never visited an establishment that would do this, and honestly at loss for words. It’s obvious they did that in purpose as a slap in the face. Due to the way she presented the ridiculous ranch charge I didn’t leave a tip which I don’t think I’ve ever done. Will never be back and from what I tasted, don’t recommend this place. None of it was good and would have taken a picture had I known but wasn’t going to leave a negative review until the ranch charge which btw I did not barely touch. I have been here 5 times. I had a fully positive experience twice out of the 5 times. We are not the customers to easily complain. We have ordered wings multiple times and got a totally different flavor then what we ordered. We did not call and complain. We simply ate what was given... however today when I received my wings. The seasoning was almost non existent. Look at the photo, it will show the bottom of the tray has 0 seasoning, the chicken barely has seasoning. This is one of the flavors I get every time I come, it has never looked nor tasted this way. Since this was the 3rd time our order was wrong we chose to call and were told they would not be able to replace them. Our option and only option was to bring the wings back from our home and have them add more seasoning. The right thing to do would have been to replace them. A small gesture for a returning customer. We asked to be seated outside. Of course, it had rained and all seats were wet. I had to request napkins to wipe down our entire table and chairs. When the drinks came out, Emma, our server, spilled Coke all over my son and didn't bother to try to help clean it up. She just walked away. She came to take our order. I was told I was not allowed to order from the children's menu eventho I have had bariatric surgery and carry a card from my Dr requesting I receive smaller portions. She never allowed me to speak with a manager regarding this. My drank sat empty for a long while. Once our order arrived, it was incorrect and once it was corrected, the remainder of our party was finished with their meal. My son and I both asked for a cup to go for our drink, and I feel Emma purposely didn't bring one for my drink. At no time during our visit did we see a manager, much less get greeted by one.
