Burger King — Restaurant in North Carolina

So...tonight my fiance and I went through the drive through at about 10:45, after we had both worked all day and just wanted to grab something quick and go home and we only live about 2 miles away from this burger king. When we get up to the window to pay for and receive our food, the girl that was there was shaking her head and rolling her eyes and blowing, so naturally I asked of there was a problem. Her response was yes and that it was because we came there so much. What? Are you joking? We wanted to grab a burger because I didn't want to cook when we got home. Excuse me for being exhausted. What other purpose does the drive through have? So by what that girl and another girl and a young boy had to say, or what we could understand in between cuss words, we weren't supposed to eat there because my fiance had dated Jessica Sisk, one of the other girls that works there...almost a year ago! How Childish! Needless to say, we did not get our food and I called the Manager, after being denied being able to speak with her by the girl at the window, who blatantly told me that the reason for our harassment was because my fiance had in fact dated Jessica. Now what in the world does ordering a cheeseburger have to do with an ex-girlfriend? Again, needless to say, we will NEVER be going to this...

Never without fail even after i post about manger picking her nose then handles my food they still pile everything in one bag, so full hard to look in bag to make sure everything i order is there .when i do get to look im so rushed to get out the way i mean so piled its like your the rude one if you take your things out to check i hadsix sandwichs four frys an two pies one bag no ketchup or dippings for their customer's rude attitude from manger she very rude an its embarrassing to be made to look like your mad or something cause you feel rudeness feom staff cause you put stuff on counter.i live to far to come back for thinfs they forgot .an every time at least one sandwich will not be there ..i just stopped eating there .. real shame cause there's not another bk around for few miles..food when you do get to eat it when its not tour sandwich that was forgot is pretty good other then worrying if the rude lady made sure to put a lil something extra on the food for you .i stop going period..thanks...

I placed a very basic and manageable order in the drive-thru. After I paid I was asked to pull forward to wait for my food. No worries, I never have a problem with that as long as I'm not forgotten. Well I watched at least 3 cars come and go through the drive-thru after pulling forward. Finally I decided to leave my vehicle to go in and check on my order. I stood at the counter waiting for anyone to acknowledge me, and even that took a good while. A manager and the employee who took my order were struggling to figure out something while holding a to go bag. This went on for a few minutes and then the employee turned to me and said "whatcha need?". I replied "Uhhh, my food that I ordered in the drive-thru". She then handed me the bag that I had been watching her and the manager pass back and forth for the past five minutes. Like come on... They could have handed it to me far earlier than that. I mean I had to wait in two different locations for my little $5...
