The food is ok. It's edible. I ordered chicken and broccoli with 2 egg rolls. The chicken has a strange...I don't know, texture I guess? Like you have really tender pieces and then really tough pieces. I don't usually notice because I typically order fried chicken dishes (orange chicken, general tso). I don't know why this happens, but if you get any sort of chicken dish that's not fried, you'll notice.

I believe they rely heavily on MSG for flavor. There are no signs to contradict the use of MSG, so I have to assume. It is very salty. But the flavor is decent. However, people around here drench everything in white sauce, so I'm not sure that they even notice!

Lastly, the egg rolls. Much thinner than most Chinese restaurants. That's a bummer. The inside was mushy, instead of beaming with fresh crunchy veggies. Service is good and it is clean, so most people will enjoy that.

All in all, it's an ok Asian place. Nothing special, will do in a pinch. Don't get caught up in most of these reviews, because like I said - most people are basing it off of the white sauce. They'd drink a whole gallon...

UPDATE: I originally gave this 4 stars, but about 30 minutes after eating my husband and I both felt exhausted, and I also just felt strange. We began wondering if it was the food making us feel this way, and if maybe they put MSG in it, so I called to ask. They said they use “chicken powder.” I asked if “chicken powder” has MSG in it and they said yes.

In the past, I was in the habit of requesting there be no added MSG when I ordered Asian food. But in the last several years all the restaurants we go to have stopped using it. I’m surprised that this place uses it since MSG causes problems for many people. —————————— Original review: We carried out medium spicy chicken green curry (it was pretty spicy for “medium”, so order a little less spice than you actually want). We enjoyed the dish. Nice portion size.

We also had the dynamite and dragon sushi rolls. They were bland, so we weren’t impressed by either one.

They provided speedy...

Things have changed since the last time I was here. Before the food was rather mediocre. But this time it was all very very good!

I dined in. The atmosphere, if you can call it that, was tables on each side of the line of people ordering food, mostly to go. So this isn't a first date kinda place. If you're dating take it back home.

This is more a take out, or a great place to go after you're married for a while.

But... and this is a big but... the food is really really good!

I had the broccoli chicken and a California roll. The plate of BC was a very large portion. And very fresh! Much better than kobe's in my opinion. And the California Roll was very good and also fresh.

All and all I was very happy with my order.

And oh, by the way, I'm single. My cell phone and ear buds made a very good atmosphere.

I'd surely give them a try if I was you.,...

The food here is absolutely amazing and always made fresh, super fast service, sometimes their restaurant is busy but who can blame that? The food is delicious, they have food made exactly how it's suppose to be for chinese, japanese, sushi, and thai. There are no artificial colors and they are overall friendly and always clean. This place has my heart and soul when it comes to food. Asian and thai foods are my favorite. I go here regularly by myself and to get food for my family who get takeout here because its always plenty enough to eat for 2 days at least with the amount they put in the to go box. Plenty of food. Great service. They even offer levels of hotness for people who like food super hot and those who prefer it medium, mild, or no heat, they have 1-5 heat levels for their spicy foods. Absolutely wonderful!

This review is for takeout only. We ordered by phone on a Monday night. They told us it would be 20 minutes, but it ended up being 35 minutes. They’re not doing dine-in due to Covid (which we really respect!!). They had a lot of orders to-go though. They were really nice and were wearing masks. Here’s what we got: - Tofu Pad See Ew ($8.25) - Chicken Lo Mein ($8.25) - Chicken Pad Thai ($8.95) x2 - General Tso with Chicken ($8.25) - Choose 2 Meats (Hibachi with Steak and Chicken ($11.50)) x2 - Choose 2 Meats (Hibachi with Steak and Shrimp ($11.50)) - Beef Broccoli ($8.25) Everyone really enjoyed their meals! All the meals were hot and very tasty. The portions are SO generous, especially for the price. We got 9 meals for under $100 (without tax and tip). Amazing! We would definitely order from here again!

My boyfriend and I went to Lake Junaluska and walked around, then came here for dinner. We were recommended this place by some coworkers. I got the fried pork dumplings and the chicken broccoli meal, while my boyfriend got the chicken lo mein. The dumplings were good, but I could tell that they were frozen manufactured. My meal was very good. My boyfriend’s meal was interesting because they make the lo mein using spaghetti noodles and a sweeter sauce than we’re used to. Ordering was very simple and our food was brought to us within minutes of ordering, which was very impressive. The prices are pretty reasonable too, compared to some other places around. I would definitely come here again to try more of their menu.
