Burger King — Restaurant in North Carolina

Poorly managed, poorly staffed. This BK's location is the only reason it is still open. From the bug filled florescent lights in the dining area, to the grease stained sidewalk at the entrance, this place has got it going on. Miss the days of restrooms with no soap, no towels, but a functional air blown hand dryer? Make this your next stop. Digital menu signage highlighted the pick 2 for $6 special, but the panel that displayed the normal offerings was a solid blank screen with a flashing LED power indicator in the screens bezel. Waited 12 minutes for a burger and fries during the peak 3:45pm rush. Coke Freestyle drink dispenser had more flashing lights on the side then I've ever seen but managed to make a pretty mean Lemon flavored Coke, then Lemon Dr. Pepper, then a Lemon Flavored water. To be sure, if you like lemon flavored everything, this BK is for you. Fries were cold when served, and when I asked about missing cheese on the Whopper Cheeseburger I was told they were out. No Franchise Owner Plaque on display and when I asked the nice lady at the front counter who owned this franchise she responded Burger King. I did notice a 94.5 score from the health department displayed on the wall, but that must have been achieved before they ran out of soap, hand...

I wasn’t a customer at this location during this visit. I did interact with some of the crew and management. I really liked the design of the interior and was curious to learn more about the structure’s history, and the staff were eager and enthusiastic to answer or try to find the answer to my questions! I wish I’d taken photos, especially of the interior. And if you need to map it or share it, just use the convenience store beside it (that has a physical address listed on Google Maps) and Burger King is LITERALLY right beside it. You won’t miss it. But your signal will be poor so any further GPS/mapping (or even return trip) you think you’ll need, map all of it before you go. Or you’ll be winging your route from there for a good little bit. Went through the drive thru and ordered a bacon cheeseburger, 2 tacos and a plain cheeseburger. After heading down the road I discovered that I had a regular cheeseburger instead of the bacon cheeseburger. The cheeseburger that I ordered plain had pickles, ketchup and mustard. To top it all off I only got 1 taco. I looked at the receipt and the order was correct on the receipt. Of course I didn't have time to go back. I normally don't give bad reviews but this kind of thing happens all the time at this particular bk.
