Worst food ever! Ordered sweet and sour chicken to go. We get home and open it up, and see chicken fingers and plain white rice, no sauce, no vegetables. So, I called them, because, you know, they obviously made a mistake. The lady on the phone says, and I quote: "yeah, that our sweet sour chicken"! I said, wheres the sweet and sour part? And im quoting again: "look at cover for menu that what our sweet sour chicken look like"... WHAT? I don't care where you're from or who's making it, sweet and sour chicken comes with a sweet vinegary sauce with bell peppers onions and pineapple chunks! Our family has been ordering from China One for a few years now and I can honestly say that they have the best food and the portions are great! It's always consistent, perfectly cooked, portioned, flavored and decently priced. We've tried many other restaurants, but China One remains our favorite and our go to for our entire family. All of their food is delicious which is why each of us usually order more than one meal, side, or appetizer so that we can have some for lunches during the week. Total waste of time. They don’t treat customers properly and neither does their food taste any better. Fried rice is usually the safest option to order in any restuarant and these guys managed to even ruin that. I ordered a chicken friend rice with extra spicy and All I got is blant yellow fried rice with some chicken pieces. It is just dull and tasteless. I called them immediately and their response was “it is how we do friend rice here” I mean come on. Never ever going there again. My only suggestion is avoid this place, if that’s not possible atleast taste the order right there and return it coz anyway they gonna ruin it or you will be having...
