Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in North Carolina

Tried to charge me twice for some dipping sauce. I created an online order for pick up and paid for it using my CC online. Included in the order was 2 dipping sauce(.50/ea). As I went and picked up my food and came back to the car with it; I usually don't check to make sure my order is corrct, but this time I remembered too and wth I was missing the dipping sauce. Took it back in and ask for the sauce. And this guy in there asked me "wasnt it in there?" I thought to myself, I wouldn't have came back in if it WAS in there. He turned to the other guy and ask him if he put it in there already and the other guy said "it should of been." Then he picked up the sauce and started to rang me up. I was like hold on you are bout to charge me again for something I've already paid for sir.(in a nice and calm way) then he just toss the sauce on the counter not even handing it to me. What kind of customer service is that? I know for a fact thatbi ain't ever going back there again. I know its only over some sauce and $1, but still the way the employees there handle me as a customer was rude. Sorry #Dominos, I'm going to pizza...

This location is literally maybe 3 minutes down the road from me, ordered delivery for my family because I was not feeling well, chose the contactless delivery, and got a a note on my receipt about not leaving a tip, this isn’t the first time something like this has happened, as my cameras caught one gentleman driver throwing a receipt in our yard before, and making a comment about no tip. I could understand the frustration if it was a super far drive, but 3 minutes down the road?! Some people are using coupons to be able to just feed their family, why does dominos advertise emergency pizzas, and charge expensive fees, if we are just going to get bullied for not tipping their rude employees? If I had it, I would give it! I deliver door dash, I never make anyone feel bad for not tipping, because I know some people are just struggling to eat! Every time I have ordered pizza from this location everything has been perfect. My husband and I had a craving for hot wings we had both worked all day and were trying to take the stress of making dinner so we placed an order for a 32 piece for me my husband and brother in law. Sauce looked great, they gave us ranch, super polite staff but chicken was so undercooked! Mushy to the bite, soggy almost. Looked pink on the inside. And we ate it almost as soon as we received it. Ugh still feeling sick to my stomach thinking about it. My husband and brother in law have been throwing up ever since they ate it and my stomach has not felt right since. Never again will I order wings from this location. Perfect sauce, perfect amount of ranch but terrible chicken! Would of rather spent the money on pizza. Especially when your paying over...
