Today, I decided to go to this new location with my children, what a big mistake. Bought a dozen donuts, 10 munchkins, and 3 drinks. A young man selected the foods for me (he was very nice) but the manager decided to do the drinks. She came out from nowhere so I didnāt know if she was doing some dirty tasks in the back of the store. She took 3 plastic cups and hold the cups with all her 5 fingers inside the cups, and proceeded to put ice in all the cups, still with all her fingers inside the cups. I told the young man that I donāt drink from cups that had fingers into them. When he expressed my wishes to her, she laughs out loud and made a couple of grimaces and then proceeded to lie to me by saying that she didnāt have her fingers inside the cups, when 2 seconds earlier she had her 5 long nail fingers in the cups. Unbelievable! She told me ādonāt tell me how to do my job, I have done this job beforeā when I told her that putting fingers in cups isnāt hygienic. You pick up glasses like that when they are dirty, 3 or 4 in one hand, not when they are clean and to be serve to customers. I told her that it was ashamed that this new location was managed by someone who obviously didnāt care about customer service, customers, hygiene, and had no problems lying to get out of a situation. So, new location but very bad manager who no longer care about customer service, and hygiene. ...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI walked in first and came out last. One of the workers told me to put my order in the kiosk. After I ordered, other people came after me and worker took their order (NOT on the kiosk) and got all the donuts they wanted before our order started (all we got were a dozen). Unfortunately we didn't get the donuts we ordered as they were sold out since we ordered through the kiosk instead of having a worker get them for us compared to other customers. While I waited for my order, I heard another worker stand there for 2-3 minutes with our order in her hand - claiming she couldn't "read" the reciept - as customers that came in after us ordered 3 dozen donuts and received those right away via another worker. I talked to manager and she was clearly overwhelmed by her teenage workers that can't read and fulfill customers orders without her present (as when we had ordered, she said that it was the first time all day - it was 1PM - that she left the 5 teenagers to work by themselves). If I could, I would give...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreGood morning drive-thru is extremely slow. If people are going to order a bunch of hot food that will slow down the drive-thru then we need to ask them to pull forward and park so that other people behind them just grabbing a quick cup of coffee can be on their way. But in addition to extremely long waits for a simple drink, no one comes to the window and apologizes for the way says hey it's just going to be another minute give you any type of update. And oftentimes I'm greeted at the window with not the most curious of morning person. Just the other day it was so slow that I made me run late so I left the drive-thru without my drink. Drive-thru needs to improve in the morning with some better customer service more cheerful for us early morning quotes communicating better to the customers waiting on their drinks. Sitting in a drive-thru for 12 minutes for 2 cups of coffee...
