Hardee’s — Restaurant in North Carolina

I gave Hardees in grandy another chance being a local that has had multiple problems with this location and yes I have reached out to corporate about the issues in the past and just get the run around and no action taken to compensate me for unnecessary inconveniences. This time I ordered at the counter because the drive thru had about 8 vehicles waiting to place orders. After waiting for about 5 minutes the manager took my order 2 piece white chicken biscuit and mashed potatoes and gravy and ice tea . The manager boxed my chicken and biscuit and placed it under the warmer area and walked off . I waited and waited he finally told one of the workers that he had to make mashed potatoes. This took about 10 to 15 minutes during that time I witnessed my food that was in the box on the warmer given out to someone in the drive thru. I'm still waiting so the manager comes to me and says we made a mistake because we were busy and gave out your food would you like a refund or you can wait 20 minutes for us to cook more chicken. I'd already been waiting 20 minutes by this time . I said no I want my food I paid for that you gave away. So I waited 20 minutes for the chicken. Was given no apology from the manager. My food was finally delivered to me by worker that gave me an extra chicken breast for the inconvenience. My order was placed at 5:54 PM I will received my order at 7:15 PM. Hardees of Grandy you suck still . Avoid this location if you want a enjoyable...

When I stopped in via drive thru the other night I didn't have much time to add anything but the 5 stars I gave them. Having a few moments to spare I thought I would give a brief explanation of those stars. I ordered dinner that night for my family which consisted of 2 10 piece chicken tenders. They were absolutely the freshest food I've had the pleasure of getting my money's worth for. Money is pretty tight nowadays so if you didn't already know or guess we don't get to splurge very often. Besides the food, the service was on point and rest assure that my family and I will be back as returning, regular, local customers. I've lived in Currituck since I was about 4 years old so I have definitely saw my share of businesses come and go. Keep up that fantastic work and keep those employees happy. Show them they are valuable and that they are an absolute asset to this business and I have a feeling you will have many many many more reviews like mine. I appreciate your hard work, those of you I can't see behind the lines and of course those of you on the front lines. Thank you again for feeding my lived ones such tasty fresh food and making my experience an overall...

We stopped at Hardee's in Grandy, NC. No one was at the counter to greet us, no one else was eating in the restaurant. Finally an employee came to the register and started taking my order. She then just left the register and someone else took over. My husband added his order. Then we waited and waited. When our order came out, half of it wasn't on the tray. Then they brought out the rest of the order and items we didn't even order. Another customer came in, apparently from the drive through window to check his order which was completely wrong! I had ordered the Frisco burger and fries. The bread was toasted but apparently was so stale that it was brick hard. I had to brake off most of it to make it edible. The fries were dry and cold. As we were leaving another couple walked in. I watched as they stood at the counter and no one was in sight to greet them or take their order. I went back in and told them about our bad experience and they were very grateful. We all walked out and I still didn't see anyone at the counter. Not sure what's going on with this particular Hardee's but something needs to change.....a lot! This was the worst "fast"food experience...
