Hardee's — Restaurant in North Carolina

I hate to say it but the front end staff at this location just ain’t worth a damn thing. They are either inappropriate to the max or frankly so rude that it really is not worth the trouble to go into the restaurant. Good luck with the drive-through as the employee behind the microphone is probably not even listening and putting in your order wrong and if you go in the morning you might even be lucky enough to get mean mugged by the rudest elderly staff that seem to just not even care anymore. It’s a shame because the cook staff at this location are ON POINT and understand the assignment when it comes to the food, because it’s always been hot and fresh. It’s a shame that the cook staff has to have the accomplishment drowned out by the rudest staff...

I stop at Hardee's on my way to work in the morning because McDonalds' line is so long and extremely slow. Most mornings I am the only car in the line (around 6am) and the service is fast and courteous. Sarah, the employee who is literally working the window every morning I go, is kind and provides a fast service. I really appreciate her positive attitude in the morning and her quickness since I am usually running 'on time' for work. She always looks professional and seems to have a great attitude. I am sure she has a great team to assist her with making breakfast too. Though I do not think the food is amazing, the service is worth it! I have no complaints and will continue making this my on-the-way-to-work...

Worst service ever, slow, cold food, & when I complained about the cold fries the drive thru person seemed to have gotten a attitude. Snatched the bag back and loudly shouted could someone drop some more fries good lord, but instead of asking for my money back I pulled like I was asked and when they brought them out they were in the bag an not the container. Now her I am eat hot fries from the bag and a cold burger that wasn't hot from the beginning. Now I love the original thick burger everyone that know me know this.
