Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in North Carolina

ZERO STARS……After today 03/29/2024 at about 3:30pm I’ll never return to this location again. When I walked in a male employee was sweeping. At first everything was fine. He walks over to the sink just to put on gloves (NEVER WASHED HIS HANDS). I ordered regular #17 & the male employee never asked me if I wanted to add any condiments to it. He walks away towards the grill & I said: excuse me? Is it okay if I add any condiments to my sub. I get ignored. Another customer walks in & he yells to his coworker in the back? Hey? I need you up here. She reply’s: Do it yourself. I said excuse me sir? (once again) can I add extra condiments to my sub. His reply is no, you’ve already given me your order. I said excuse me? Did you just tell me NO? I said you know what? I know longer want anything from this business? I walked out & that will be that. I’ll never return to this location & they haven’t even been...

Gross! I never complain about food, but the turkey and provolone has always been my order from any jersey mikes and we have ate at several. My husband and I both got regular turkey and provolone subs tonight and the taste was horrible. Everything on the sandwich tasted old or rotten, the turkey tasted stale, I couldn't even finish the one half. My husband even said the same thing about his sandwich. I had to eat a bite of something else at home just to get the taste of parts of the sub I ate out...

My husband and I ate at the Jersey Mike’s at North Creek Village tonight 8/14/25. The food was good as usual, but what impressed us most was your young staff Kaitlyn, Zech & Cruz. They were all so pleasant, professional, never stopping and doing their jobs with smiles. Kaitlyn was cleaning when we walked in, promptly took out orders and they were all still cleaning the restaurant when we were leaving. You have a very impressive young staff with obvious stellar...
