Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in North Carolina

What a awful cheat night pizza . We were so looking forward to a new pizza place closer to us than Brooklyn Pizza in Wesley chapel . But after eating here save your money and drive a bit farther and definitely eat at Brooklyn Pizza . So the pizza was cooked well but had more onions on it than any other topping and had zero taste of buffalo sauce . I guess they were focused on the onion heavy topping , it far and away was the most applied topping . The pizza tasted like onion chicken pizza , and after consuming two pieces we just tossed the rest , it really wasn’t fit to eat , unless you wanted onion pizza . We also order cheese bread and it was good (hard to mess this up ) . We decided to call and let them know about the experience and unfortunately the staff appears to be made up of high school kids . Always smart to have at least one adult in your business . After expressing how bad the pizza was , we were given the I’m sorry and hold on a few minutes and then we were told we can’t do anything for you , now keep in mind we were just offering feedback and expected nothing . But after being dismissed I felt a need to share my opinion and be the first review of a struggling new pizza place . That in my view , you should just drive by and make a Digiorno pizza from Publix’s right next door . If I could rate less than one...

Wow! I cant express what great customer service we received from this Marcos! We just had a terrible experience at dominos and were unable to receive our food. Immediately we called marcos to order and they were more than willing to help us even though they were getting ready to close. When i arrived they gifted us with our pizzas! It made our night after traveling 10 hours from Fl and arriving home. The pizza tasted amazing and we are now forever customers! Thank you Marcos and hope you know what great employees you have we ordered 9/21 at 10:50 pm hope you acknowledge the employees that worked that evening you are blessed...

Excited to see a pizza place close to home. But guess what, when you look it up online, you can’t even see a menu without giving all of your personal information. I’ve never seen an online restaurant of any kind Be so intrusive. I did provide personal information, and got a call back! Go figure! But was told that corporate made the decisions. Guess there’s not support at the top for what might have been a successful business. I predict three months, and Marcos will be no more in Waxhaw.
