Horrible Service. My flight was around 6 am On last sunday. I walked into the store to give my order to the lady. Firstly There was no one on the register. After 3 minutes, A lady came out. She had a rude attitude. Instead of saying. How may I help you? or even a hello. She said. Yes what you want? I tried to ignore the rude introduction. She took my order and started making my drink, without having no other person around, the huge line starting to gather behind me. In middle of making my drink, she walk to the station so i could pay for my food and drink. I gave her $20. Instead of giving me $8 few cent back, she starting pulling the money from register and placing it beside the drawer. I joke and tell her. so much money you got. She said '' Oh its not my drawer. Its my co worker. I did not bring my cash. She in the bathroom so I decided to use her.'' Later on she gave me my drink. And told me to wait. She start taking order for other people, till another young lady joined her on drinking section. She told the lady dont touch the Oven. She going to warm food. She go on drinking section and make drinks. She will use her card to do register. Meanwhile I was getting tired by waiting for my food. After 10 mintues I decided to left as I assume she forgets that I was standing right in front of the store. My whole ice coffee drink started to desolved. I had no choice but to throw it away.
I ask her name, she said with rude reply, that why? who gonna listen. Because she is the store supervisor. She started bad mouthing with other co worker of her, like i was being racist cuz she is black.
I dont understand. I am an asian too. why i would be racist ? My husband is black too. I was so ashamed to say that. Its so horrible for your company to hire such rude and horrible empolyee. I did not catch her name but i do think her name was meshalla? maish or something. Because she left store after smashing my food on the counter.
I was really hurt. I love starbucks. I love to observe and see people. My mom always work for coopérative startbucks. I will surely discuss this situation with my mother.
Even I travel through this airport. I am never coming to this starbucks. Where they easily put blame on other for calling them racist just because they are black.

The most frustrating part of this specific location is the fact that any sandwich you get is always cold or frozen in the middle. I am not exaggerating when I say that my last 4 visits I have been served a breakfast sandwich that is absolutely disgusting. I’m ok paying the high price due to convenience, but not ok with a cold or frozen sandwich. Disgusting.

Ordered stuff for breakfast and lattes. They were out of what I ordered and they all handled it with extreme kindness and humor! The team was joking, laughing and working together! Again, wow! Rare these days! We were there July 18th around 11:30am for management to know who was there to give them compliments and maybe a raise.
