The experience was the worse airport Resturant that I have had in my travels. I came on they told me to sit anywhere . But never came to give me a menu . I got up to get my own menu still no one came . Than 2 other ppl came in and got seated .Got their menus drink orders took .
Still no one to me came over to me .
Third couple came in got greeted and menus than a waitress asked me if I was ok .
I’m was like yes but waiting to get waited on can I order a drink please .
This waitress was rude, short and just unprofessional in the way she talked . She huffed and puffed and walked away at this point I just got up and walked out .
I’m wondering if because I’m a single lady traveling I’m being treated different . The others that they waited on so quick that came in after me were men .:(
Also I’m traveling for work and so just wanting to leave great tips because etc . But im shocked that there is no southern niceness down in North Carolina airport .

The place was pretty slow when I arrived. Service was close to non-existent. Had to order online. Waitress finally came over 10 minutes after ordering to see if I wanted something to drink. I mentioned I had ordered online. Instead of l looking it up to see where they were on my order, she asked me what my drink was. About 5 or 6 minutes later, she was able to bring my drink (a Coke). Food came out about 10 minutes later...not exaggerating. Food was ok but it was missing an item. Couldn't tell anyone because no one was on the floor. Couldn't get a refill. It was bad! I'm typically a really good tipper! I've been a waitress and know what patrons expect. After seeing my bill and being extremely disappointed.... no tip was given

HORRIBLE on all accounts (food and customer service!!) Eat at your own risk! I requested well done (no pink). I cut the burger in half and to my disappointment find pink all the way across!! 😭 For $18.99, I should have gotten my burger cooked as requested and way more fries than I received. When I expressed my concerns to a young lady, who was not our server, she said, "I don't have anything to do with it, this is an airport, the meat is imported from...this is not my table " WHO DOES THAT??!!?? NO, I'm sorry or offer to cook another burger or add more fries for the undercooked burger. 🤷🏾♀️...
