Placed a pick up order for 2 toasted Philly cheese steaks. Neither were toasted and my steak was ice cold. Heating it was not option since the sub had lettuce on it. I had to drive back to the store. Sub in hand on a plate, I asked the girl at the register if there was a manager and she said no and walked off. The sandwich maker was very polite and told me to speak with the convenient store next door. As I approached the counter at the convenient store, there stood Chelsea the cashier at Subway warning the convenient store clerk of my presence. Still Chelsea made no contact with me nor addressed my issue. The convenient store clerk called the manager who âagreedâ to remake my sub. I worked in the restaurant industry many years and I was in shock of how the situation was handled first off. I think they should have also given my money back or at least a voucher for the next visit to a subway. I wonât be going back to this one. Not only is the customer service horrible, I tipped originally and drove ten extra miles back to the store when I shouldnât have had to in the first place. And might I add, the sandwich guy was super nice but as I watched him make my sandwich this time, I couldnât help but notice all the dead flies stuck to the display case...

I am going to start by saying I spend a lot of money at this subway and I understand mistakes are made but they have the rudest workers here. I ordered my daughter and son lunch that they didnât receive because they either didnât understand my note or they didnât read it. And if they didnât understand they didnât call me or inform the school instead put it all in a bag with the rest of the classes and dropped it off never saying anything so when I call and a worker answers the phone hollering and fussing when all I wanted to know is if food was at school or at subway she hands the phone over to the manger still hollering in the back ground and again I all need to know is where the food is to feed my child. Now I spent 20 dollars to feed 2 kids lunch to be treated as if I was the problem not sure at this point if everyone that calls with an issue is treated like this but if they are I can see them being out of business shortly again I wasnât asking for it to be replaced or my money back just the location...
   Read moreWish I could leave 0 starts. The time is 4:54pm on Saturday April 23, 2022 the woman here when I walked in shouted wait just a minute which is the least of my worries. After waiting a few minutes she comes from back and apologized for the wait and started making my sub. She started friendly then while sub was toastkng we cashed out. She charged me $9 for my footlong I decided not to tip. And when she saw that she said "wow thanks for your time" and became very unpleasant. After she said that I wanted to leave but since I payed I wanted my sub my way. When asking for toppings she would put the barest minimum and again I can't stress enough how bad her attitude was. I decided this sub was good enough just I could leave and write this review. I'm highly unimpressed and think employees like her give this...
