Bojangles — Restaurant in Northwest

Absolutely terrible service! Everyone in this establishment (night shift) is absolutely LAZY! I order 3 piece supreme combo tonight with an extra LARGE side of Mac n cheese. Ask for 2 Bo berry biscuits, they reply they don’t have any mind you it’s 4 hours until close(cook some). So I asked for a large side of dirty rice instead. Get my food and come to find out I get my 3 piece combo, they give me a small side of Mac n cheese, and instead of a regular biscuit they gave me… this is the craziest part… a BO BERRY BISCUIT! 😭😭😭after telling me they don’t have any. And no I did not receive my sauce. I make the great mistake of stopping here on my way home from work probably 1-2 times a week for a few months now and my order is never correct. I’ve walked in a few times to have it corrected and I end up talking to the most brain dead employee I could possibly talk to… seems no one who works here has an IQ over 37 and always seem to be as absolutely blistering high as possible. I highly DO NOT recommend this establishment. Management is obviously not a thing or just don’t care… will not have my business anymore and shouldn’t have...

Since when did they start letting food handlers wear LONG FAKE NAILS & NOT USE GLOVES when touching food. You are scooping out my fries with long fake nails and no gloves. So while your doing that the fries fall into and touch your ungloved hands. I literally bought my food and went and threw it straight in the trash, i will never go back there again. This is not the first time this issue has happened. I was hoping the first time was just an oopps situation. But nope the 2nd time its the SAME PROBLEM. Everyone in that place should be wearing gloves because everyone in there touches food. What a disappointment. Waste of my money as well. Because even if i would gave yokd them i want different fries it wouldnt have made any difference because all the fries that did not fit in my bag fell out over back into the fry tray thing after sliding down through her UNGLOVED HAND. Absolute worst fast food establishment I have ever visited by far. Went through the drive through and was given half of my order and told to pull around to the front to wait on boberry biscuits & a sandwich combo. I waited for 30 minutes before deciding to go inside to check on the status of the rest of my food. I was told “you will get your food when you get it”. I waited an additional 10 minutes and received the biscuits pictured below & only a sandwich with my “combo” I didn’t even bother asking for the fries. None of the workers were wearing gloves and 2 workers were coughing in the kitchen while handling food. I highly recommend visiting another bojangles location instead of this one. It should never take 40 minutes to receive an order at a fast food restaurant. There was also 4-5 other people who was having the same issues as me. Ridiculous.
