I have been here before with both good and bad service. Today's service was unacceptable. To start, I couldn't tell you the servers name. We began to give our order and started with drinks. The server took my order and looked at me to tell me she needed my drink order. When I told her what it was again, she looked down at her notepad and and said "oh yeah, I did get that". We asked for 2 of the items ordered to be brought out instead of waiting bfor the rest of the food, that didn't happen. I was never asked how I wanted my burger made. When my food did come, I immediately noticed the cheesesticks were just warn and the cheese was stiff when you bit into it. I walked up to the front counter where there server assigned to our table was standing. She looked at me as I was approching and walked away to the POS system and began counting the cash in the billfolds. The lady at the desk asked if I needed help and I explained what my issue was. She said okay we'll get you another one. Our server came back and said " they will be bringing you another one". We did not see her again until she came to ask about the check. She didn't ask about a refill, she didn't ask if we needed anything, she didn't ask if the food was okay after getting the new order of cheesesticks. We wanted to order dessert but by this time, there was no point in being more disappointed with the service then we already were. The gentleman who brought the cheesesticks was polite and asked if everything was okay. The lady at the front desk was polite and greeted us when we ended and when departed.
I hope whatever situation was going on with the server gets resolved so no other customers have to deal with that level of service. And yes, I still tipped her. Her work ethic will not be an indication of how I will treat others in one of the most under respected professions in...

I recently dined at Top Dwag Tavern, and my experience was fantastic, thanks to the excellent staff and inviting atmosphere. From the moment I arrived, Kyra, the host, greeted me warmly and made me feel right at home. She was professional and friendly, which set a positive tone for the evening.
Halie, our server, was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. She was knowledgeable about the menu, offered great recommendations, and ensured that our orders were correct and timely. Her personable attitude added to the enjoyment of the night.
I also had the chance to interact with Kyle, the manager, who made rounds to check on customers. Her dedication to creating a welcoming environment was evident, and it’s clear that she leads the team by example.
The food itself was delicious perfectly cooked, with generous portions, and presented well. The variety on the menu catered to different tastes so i ment the cook dj who was awesome in his own right .it’s easy to see why this place is a local favorite.

Connor is a great server, he got all our items right, the food did take about 30 minutes to arrive but the kitchen was short staffed and he was trying his best. amazing customer service, and the fried shrimp appetizer was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! the wings were large and fresh, the only downside is the long wait time for food when they weren’t busy, everywhere is short staffed at the moment, and the “extra hot” was supposed to be the hottest but it was a little disappointing because i breezed through it 😂
Nonetheless, we will definitely be back for those 🍤🍤🍤🍤🍤 the shrimps were freshly breaded, extremely juicy, breading was just right, sauce was perfectly coating it. not too light or heavy, salty or sweet. as a bonus, the plating was done with shrimps in a single direction and on a bed of fresh spinach leaves. i definitely took note of this because many places forgo the garnishing or use scrap ingredients. This is definitely a quality attribute by whomever assembled this dish.
