Solid Chinese food! if you’re looking for a good takeout spot, or a place to quickly stop in and get some basic, reliable Chinese food, this is the place! We moved to the area and were looking for our “go to” spot for when we want Chinese takeout on the fly, and this place definitely does the trick. I think it has everything you’d want from an average Chinese spot. Very large menu with all the classics, and very reasonably priced. The service was good as well. It seemed like it was being run by a family, and they were very hospitable. We happened to be the only ones in the store at the time, and so the food was freshly made The only downside was that it is very small inside, and not too good for large parties. The atmosphere also leaves much to be desired. But then again, you can’t expect too much from a strip mall Chinese joint in terms of interior design. This is NOT a fancy restaurant for a date night or anything, so don’t come in dressed in a suit or a ball gown. As I said before, this is just your every day, solid, reliable, hospitable, neighborhood Chinese spot. I recommend the General Tso’s chicken. The side of broccoli was also extremely good. Whatever they do to their broccoli is phenomenal! Very generous portion of fried dumplings as well. One other small negative was the hot and sour soup. I felt like it was too “gloopy” and thick. However, that’s a tiny negative. The rest of the food was great! So please make this your next stop for takeout Chinese food! My wife and I will definitely be coming back soon!

Food did not look appetizing. Lady kept telling me these wings were cooked well done and saidshe thought was cooked. But the inside of the chicken looked disgusting. I told her I could not eat. She want to cook them done more I told her I was not going to eat No apology just nasty attitude. Will not eat here agsin and her kids was all over the place.

I wanted something quick and filling and tried this restaurant because it was nearby. I was fairly pleased. I ordered the 4 whole chicken wings with shrimp fried rice. The wings were good, and the rice was pretty decent. Their service was pretty decent as well, and they were quick. I would eat here again.

Best Chinese food in the Oakbrook area, everything we ordered is of an obvious better quality than other Chinese places around. We ordered steamed dumplings for an appetizer for sweet/sour and general tso's platters. The staff was extremely friendly and respectful. I only wish they offered delivery but I will gladly drive there versus ordering from the other delivery places around here. The restaurant itself is new and kept clean.

What makes them better than the others: Dumplings - Thicker shell, tastier meat Rice - Fresher tasting, way more pork and vegtables Chicken - Very fresh and crispy(even the general tso's was crispy) Egg Roll -...

The worst Chinese takeout I've ever had and that's saying a lot as I have tried other takeout spots that were blah. Just like everyone else the customer service is slack and they have an attitude. Secondly and most importantly the quality of food is very suspect. Not sure how you can mess up good old fashioned General Toas chicken but they did. The chicken was undercooked and the general sauce was watery. Like soup watery. Their "hibachi chicken" was just their lo mein without the noodles and the "white sauce" tasted like mayonnaise because well, that's all it was mayonnaise. Will never return. Go to Asian Gourmet down the street you'll...
