Inferno Pizza - North Huntingdon, PA — Restaurant in North Huntingdon Township

Went to Inferno's Saturday at 3:30. We ordered a grilled chicken salad and breaded mushrooms, the salad had like no chicken in it and the mushrooms were ice cold like they dropped them in the fryer and pulled them right back out called the waitress over had her feel them and all she had to say was idk. My husband and daughter got steak and cheese hoagies it was literally just the steak and cheese on a burnt bun, my daughter ordered cheese for her fries which they forgot to bring. My daughter's boyfriend ordered the buffalo chicken rolls and they were cold and it was doughy inside, my granddaughter got chicken tenders that were over cooked and Susie had nothing to say other than idk. Never once did she offer something different or to replace what was messed up from our order it was always just an idk answer she even laughed about it at one point, like it was funny that our order was the worst. So not only was the food absolutely horrible the service was terrible as well. Other people there had to call out to get refills on their drinks because she was too busy talking to other workers in the kitchen all you could hear was them laughing back there while they have 3 tables that aren't getting served and when they did get served it was horrible and unprofessional. We have been eating here and ordering from here in North Huntington location since they open food use to be so good but it seems like since they opened the Trafford and Elizabeth locations that this restaurant has gone down hill . It's such a shame . This was the 3rd chance we gave will not come back. Gave 1 star ONLY because it won't let you post...

After the last two experiences I have had with Inferno, I will not only never order from there again but I will tell everyone I know not to order either. Both times we waited over two hours to get out take out order. The first time we had to eventually pick our food up and this time, after 2 hours and 15 minutes we just cancelled the order. I understand that things like this happen, which is why we gave another chance after the initial incident. This time after the first hour and a half when we called back to check on the order we were told it was on the way. After another 45 minutes when we called back we were lied to again saying that the order would arrive in 10 minutes. We did wait another 15 minutes before cancelling the order. Not once were we even offered an apology or a way to make things right. We were given the excuse that it’s a Steelers game and that it is busy. I understand that it is a Steelers Sunday and a busier time but that doesn’t change the fact we were given a drastically inaccurate wait time and then lied to several times by whoever answers the phones there. If we were told that it would be two hours to get our order we probably would have picked up the order and everything would have been fine and everyone would have been happy. It is a shame because the food is good and I enjoy it but I work hard for my money and I would rather spend it at an establishment that appreciates...

If a place has wings in their name you'd think they could cook wings efficiently and correctly. Just picked up wings for dinner and they are slimy and gummy. They are not cooked anywhere near long enough and are not crispy at all. Really no excuse considering this is a primary item that they sell.

Times I have eaten in the wait times are horrible. Expect to wait over an hour for a dozen wings if there are more than 5 tables in the restaurant.

Wings are now in the oven (which defeats the purpose of buying cooked food)... I am just done with this place...

Update

Stupidly I went back today (family wanted to go) and where to even start. Half the food was "forgotten" and had to be added later. This would not be so bad IF they could cook stuff in a timely manner. We were told 10 minutes about 10 minutes after the food came out. It was NOT 10 minutes, it was about 20. We asked multiple times for napkins and never got them. Also asked multiple time for glasses for the growler someone brought. Never got those either. We did get a free half dozen wings for the screw up yet they are probably going in the trash as they are very undercooked and slimy. I am just done, as is the rest of the family that went...
