Pizza Vida — Restaurant in North Kingstown

When we learned that a new pizza shop opened in the former Kingston Pizza, to say that we were excited is probably understating it! My girlfriend gets her nails done next door and we got the scoop, subsequently ordering a round of pies that night. We have since ordered once a week on Fridays, always looking forward to this excellent pizza! Heck, we've even ordered 2 twice in a weekend because I was being bad and wanted more... I've tried a variety of different pies (Big Mack, BBQ chicken, pesto, pepperoni lovers, steak and cheese, buffalo chicken) and let me tell you, every single one has been nothing but fantastic, with quality ingredients and made exactly how I wanted it every time. Getting quality pizza in this area is a bit of a challenge, places either come and go or are inconsistent, Pizza Vida has exceeded my expectations and more. Plus, if you are into retro SNES cabinets, they have an MK II arcade cabinet with free-plays that you can utilize...

Ordered a salad and blt for delivery spelled out the address phonetically THREE times waited an hour and a half before getting a phone call asking when I was picking it up I told them I had said it was for delivery multiple times and all they had to say was oh sorry it got put in for pickup we're gonna charge you $5 more for it even though we told you the price originally and this was our mistake. I'm at work I can't just leave to save the extra charge. So now I'm without dinner and stuck at work on a Sunday night when everything is closing. Horrible experience with customer service. Ordered delivery and it took nearly 2 hours to arrive. We called 3x only to be told each time the delivery person would be here in a few minutes (which did not happen). Food arrived cold. However, the worst part is that I was blocked on Facebook for expressing my disappointment in our experience via a private message (that was not rude). If a business cannot take feedback they have big problems! I'd advise choosing another local...
