The Cleaning Lady, Was Nasty and Rude. She Asked Me To have My Son Of 3 Years To Wait 15 Minutes To Use the Restroom. When She had Barely Gone inside few steps. And Had Another incident With another Customer In the Playground all within minutes. I'm a Law Enforcement Gentleman For Our Local Community for Over 4 Years. And a 8 Year Marine Veteran, Who Felt Disgusted and Extremely Disrespected By This Employee To Ask Me To Have My 3 Year Old Son To Wait 15 Minutes When she Had Not Even Started Cleaning. And was Rude And Excessively Disrespectful To another Customer Regard Closing The Entire Playground For our Kids Safety. Instead She Close Half Of it and Had Our kids Exposed To Slippery, Wet and Unsafe Surface. As Both Halves Of the Playground It Merges To One. As a Public Figure In Law Enforcement And As a Marine Is Hurtful To see The Ignorance and Stupidity Of Such Employee Not Been Mindful About Kids Safety and Also That A Baby Doesn't have The Same Bladder As an Grown Adult. She Didn't Even Has the Common Courtesy To Give my Son and I Two Minutes to use The Restroom. She had Just Gone In Seconds Before This Male Employee Open The Door Remotely For Myself to Take My 3 Year Old Son. Worst was Witnessesing This Same Hispanic Lady And Her Manager Screaming and Talking Back To The Client Who Was just Complaining About Her kids Safety. As The Playground Was Extremely Full to Capacity With Other Parents and A Large Amount Of Kids. As an Old Fashioned Gentleman Marine I decided Not to Make a Big Scene But To Request My Full Refund and Rejected The Food Order. As I couldn't Have my Kids and Wife eat In a Place Where their Customer Service Is Disgusting By Not only Management Arguing With a Customer But by the Cleaning Female Employee Talking Back To The same Customer. And Loudly Telling Me To Leave The Restroom And Wait 15 Minutes. Even that I Told her The Male Open It for Me As My Son Had To Go and He was a Baby not a Grown Adult She Was Careless and With a Disgusting Attitude Kick Me and my Son Out. I get my food. There is absolutely no salt on my fries 😑They direct me to the second window, where he hand me, my caramel frappe and there’s no Oreos in it when I paid a whole dollar extra to get three scoops of Oreos I told the worker of this mistake and he proceeds to say oh she didn’t tell me as this the order ticket isn’t stuck onto the cup where it says at Oreo, he comes back with the frappe with a few oral sprinkles on the whipped cream on the app. It has three choices when choosing how many Oreos you want I picked the highest amount so is a scoop of Oreos on top of the whipped cream is three scoops then what is one or two a single crumble of a cookie? I gave it back to him again and explained that I paid a dollar In order to get the most amount of Oreos, so how am I only getting a tiny scoop on top? He took it back and within a few minutes I got a new frappe with the Oreo blended inside but only this time there’s no Oreos on top at this point I’m over this McDonald’s and will never be returning. I'm extremely dissatisfied with my recent visit to this McDonald's location. This is my second time experiencing poor service here, and I'm disappointed to say that the issues persist.
During my first visit, the manager took my order, but it took an unacceptable 15 minutes to receive my coffee.
Today at 7:50 am visit was equally frustrating. Despite being the only customer in line, it took 10 minutes for the manager to take my order. After waiting for over 16 minutes, I politely asked the manager for my coffee. Her excuse for the delay was that she had to use the bathroom. I found this reason to be unprofessional and unacceptable.
Furthermore, when I pointed out that there were at least six staff members present, the manager claimed that they were short-staffed. This lack of accountability and transparency is concerning.
When I expressed my frustration, the manager's response was, "I can give you your money back." This solution missed the point entirely, as my issue was with the poor service, not the payment.
As a customer, I expect a certain level of service and respect. The fact that the manager was responsible for the poor service both times is even more...
