I normally love Roberto's Taco Shop! But I had the worst experience at the one on Las Vegas Blvd and Pecos! I ordered 3 orders of carne asada fries, with all of the toppings on the side on all three orders, accept the meat and cheese! So I drove up to the pick up window and it looked correct from what I could see in the bags. All three orders were in there own bag with there toppings in separate containers. I didn't open the fries because I was loaded down with three bags of food and there was a line of people behind me. So I asked for some lime and they didn't have any! That happens sometimes. So I drove home. When I opened the food there were hardly any fries and almost no meat. On top of that they didn't put any cheese on any order of the fries and the meat looked liked it had been boiled it was grey and tasteless. So I called the Roberto's Taco shop and spoke to the man that took my order. I told him who I was and how long ago I had been there. He didn't remember me. Then I complained about my order and told him that they didn't put any cheese on the fries. Now all of the sudden this guy supposedly remembered our interaction at the drive through window. He said that I told him after paying that I wanted the cheese on the fries, which isn't true. I told him I wanted the fries with all of the toppings on the side accept the meat and cheese. I wanted them on the fries. Anyways even if it had been the way he said it, it still doesn't matter because he admitted to hearing me ask for cheese on the fries! Anyways I ask to speak to the manager because by this time I'm getting angry. He tells me to bring back all of the food and he will give me a refund. I once again tell him I want to talk to his manager and I asked his name because the employee's weren't wearing masks like they were supposed to be and I wanted to let a supervisor know. Anyways the guy hung up on me and then for the next couple of hours I tried calling them. They never picked up the phone. I tried calling with my number blocked, I tried using a different phone number which was my son's phone. They still never answered. So you can imagine all of the other customers that never got to order that night. Anyways I spent a little over $32 that night just to throw away the food. Because I didn't have enough gas to make it back to that side of town to return the food! So if anyone reading this complaint wants Roberto's please use a different location. There food is bad and so is there service at this location. Until this point I have always had great service from other locations. This was the first and last time I use that location. I would rather eat a dry bolognese sandwich than the food they served...
Read moreHORRIBLE customer service . Last night i ordered food . I was the only customer it was not busy at all so i dont know how this lady messed my order up.I ordered a sausage burrito and I even asked her when she handed me the food was it a sausage burrito because it felt so small and light. She said yes it's sausage.I get home take a few bites and there is ZERO meat in my burrito. It was 2 in the morning I was not leaving out of my bed and driving back so I called them this morning to tell them about the mistake and the guy that answered the phone HUNG UP on me mid sentence soon as I said there was no sausage in my burrito .He than left the phone off the hook than altogether ignored my calls. This is how you treat customers that patronize your business? Really?! What happened to the standard "I'm sorry, how can we make this right?" Business 101. I will NEVER eat at Roberto's again. There are too many other 24 hour taco places. I spoke nicely on the phone and just wanted the $2 or $3 difference back or a remade burrito for the missing meat however because of being disregarded and disrespected I'll be disputing the whole charge with my bank for their unseasoned bland, gray chewy "carne asada" and...
Read moreI love the food here so this is why I was reluctant to post this, but after THE LAST 3 VISITS, kinda needed to happen. I just came back from this specific location, ordered a burrito (which WAS done right, a quesadilla (also correct) and the 3 rolled taco meal. (Uh oh.....) Instead of the meal I recieved a bag full of enchilada sauce. Spilled EVERYWHERE. Napkins soaked, etc. Now here is the issue, I didn't order enchiladas, and since the side of guac and sour cream and the additional rice and beans I ordered were not in the bag, and I had gone through the "drive thru" so I went inside. The items were given to me, but then the words "we made an extra quesadilla, just take it, sorry for that" came out of the gentleman working at the time. This would have been fine, but the bag had sauce in it again, so I opened it up, and there were 2 more enchiladas!!! WTF?! Seriously, please pay attention. Too many screw ups going on to not...
