Basically a showcase for CSN's Culinary program. Hours are very short and only run a few weeks throughout the year. Food was unprecidented at price point. I went for French Luncheon. Had Bisque de hommard (with lotsa big chunck lobster), rack of lamb with tarragon (generous potion), and Cremé Brulèe (glaze cracked beautifully) all for $10 flat. Everything served was great. My server was a Chef emphasis student and I was her first serving experience, and was just proficient and (understandably) awkward (not bad for her first time: had menu memorized and attended in the correct order). Alot of elderly patrons. Suggest you get there early and put your name on the seating list (though this was a bit of a hassle as patrons were not seated in order and there is no place to sit down while waiting). There are no reservations accepted for parties under 5. Staff and maître d'hôtel (who appeared to be the presiding professor) were gracious. I would definitely recommend this experience to food lovers (especially those on a budget). Any gratuity goes toward a scholarship fund, and considering what a bargain this is I would encourage patrons to donate generously. Just went again today 6 Mar 2019, opening day for spring session. I would advise against going on opening day. My server was very nervous, and my food was not quite right, with the exception of the dessert, Raspberry Bavarian on Jaconde sponge, which...

That being said Chuck really was wonderful with his suggestions and taking care...
