Cozy's Shaved Ice — Restaurant in North Little Rock

Its a pretty small building, but the options they have are endless! I don't know where exactly they keep it all, but i've decided the people who work there must be magic. They are always extremly nice, patient as ever, and really knowledgeable about what they offer. I've stopped at Cozy's since I was a kid, and it's amazing that now I can take my kids there, and still get the amazing service and drinks...

The only thing I dislike about Cozy's is how much money I spend and how often I have to go and get one of their delicious snowcones when they are open. A small part of me wishes they were open year-round. A larger part is grateful they aren't because I would be the one person in the history of snowcones who got fat eating them....and that would be expensive. So, I'd be a dirt poor...

This is the best shaved ice you will ever find. Their ice is like biting into a fluffy cloud. It's so much better than your average shaved iced. They even add the flavor halfway thru the adding ice to your cup. Then, they put the top on and added more flavoring. NOBODY No other place does that. It's like 2 snow cones in 1 cup....
