When I first tried this location, it was via Grub Hub, food was 10/10! I had bragged so much that my coworkers and I decided to order for dinner. [we are unable to leave the site unless it is only one person getting it for the entire site] I ordered the wing combo with 'Louisiana honey' and a 3-piece fish only. The person that went to retrieve our food mentioned that the employees complained about the number of orders she had [we called it in before she went to the location] and to top it off mine and a few others orders were wrong. We cannot access social media at our job but the menu we found must've had old prices because there was at least a $5 difference. I received the wrong sauce on my wings and for me that was the reason I like this place, they had options for sauce and the chicken was actually seasoned. I received a sauce that I dont care for so I felt like I wasted $30. I am disappointed beyond belief at this point, I wish them the best but not only do I now have a sour taste in my mouth from the sauce but I have lost interest in this location all together...I'll probably give it another year or so before I try this place again. The young lady you all have answering the phone (5-18-24) @6pm clearly knows nothing about phone etiquette and customer service. I unfortunately canât drive (I told her this) because of medical reasons so I had to order food through Grubhub. Part of my order was incorrect. I called about the issues and the young lady answered the phone telling me to âholdâ and got off before I had a chance to even say âokayâ. So I held then hung up and called back because the hold was lengthy (both times) second time she got on the phone and did the same exact thing. When she finally did answer she said âwhatâs the name for yourâ. No âhow can I help youâ, etc or anything. I told her my issue and she proceed to say well all I can tell you is contact Grubhub and get your refund. No apology on their behalf, no solution to make things right with the customer so that they may desire to return again. I feel like this should have been communicated with me if not when I ordered then as soon as they realized they couldnât make it into an actual sandwich . But instead they just gave me anything and expected me to just accept it .
