Beef-a-Roo — Restaurant in North Manchester

I hate to be the guy who leaves a 15 star as it seems I’m leaving no room for criticism. However, there is no room for criticism. Bernie and James must be lonely drunks from a small town like Manchester, because their reviews are bogus. They must have came and left a review on the day of opening when the restaurant served half the town. Amateurs.. Anyways, being the big back I am, I ordered half the menu. The roast beef was absolutely amazing and filling as it was. I can eat a horse. Burgers were amazing, not to mention the fries and cheese curds. Yes, they have Dr.Pepper guys. The lady at the drive-thru was super caring and nice. I manage a restaurant myself and can point out a good employee from the bad. Well staffed , great food. Famously delicious for a reason. Anyways, I will definitely be coming here to try out more food for the summer. Well...

My first time stopping by Beef-a-Roo! Near closing time on July 31. Very short wait in line. They have a big menu! I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with small fries, small Pepsi. The young man at the window, Chase, was very nice, polite, friendly & respectful! Now for the food: Excellent! The burger was really good, fresh & hot & juicy. I asked for no ketchup or pickle, add tomato, all correct. The fries are the best I’ve had locally. They taste like real potatoes cut up & fried, so delicious. The Pepsi was weak, but it was end of the day so probably running out of syrup. Price: Bacon cheeseburger $6.69 good price; fries 2.79 & Pepsi $2.19. All on par with other restaurants. Went at 7:30PM a couple weeks after opening. Sad to see all the sides (onion rings, fries, even the CHEESE FRIES!) Pre-prepped and waiting to be sold. I told my better half we would probably get that stuff and it looked old. Sure enough, we got it. Cold fries, cold onion rings, and average sandwiches and a wrap. The boys did say the roast beef sandwiches were good. I had the BLT wrap. It wasn't too bad, but not fully enjoyable with cold sides. The place wasn't busy at all. The trash cans were overflowing.
