Chillz Delights — Restaurant in North Manchester

Screwed up our order at first and gave one of the sandwiches with zero meat on it and had to go back up to them because they had gave us a cheese toastie instead of two toastie joes. They said sorry we’re just busy. I also told them I wanted extra meat on my sandwich and extra toppings on my tots and would pay for it however they wanna ring it up and I end up with hardly any toppings at all on the tots and two sandwiches with barely any meat at all. Idk if I was charged or not because I didn’t ask for the receipt. The first time me and my wife came here we thought the toastie joes barely had any meat as to why I had told them I wanted to pay for extra. I will not be back. Left extremely irratated. Oh and we paid for extra sauces and they gave us the wrong sauces to. Then after we got the food, I went up to the girl working that did my order and I told her how I had not only ordered extra JOE on my toasty JOE, but that I also specifically told her I wanted to order extra toppings for the tots and she goes well. You can’t do that here everything‘s already premade and weighed out. And I said well, why did you not tell me that when I was ordering and specifically told you how I wanted it and then she gave me no real answer and just acted not to friendly. Me and my wife were going to order ice cream after the meal, but after this type of service, we absolutely will never step foot in this establishment or say a good word about it. Almost 40 dollars for 2 bread sandwiches and barely any tots with barely any toppings and a large mac n cheese that. Everything had good flavor but what a rip off. I also had asked if there was a supervisor or a manager I could speak to and she told me there was nobody. I said well is there a phone number or anything I can call to speak to somebody and she said no.as me and my wife waited I seen 2 different people walk up because their order was wrong in some way to. This morning was our first time visiting Chillz. The staff and owner are so amazing....so courteous and pleasant!!! We ordered the bucket of mini doughnuts and weren't expecting anything special. We have had so many before that were just sub-par, but we were wrong this time! You can tell that they use their own special recipe. They were so flavorful, delicious, and moist!!!! The lemon raspberry ones were just soooo good! It is such a nice change from any doughnuts we have had before. We loved them so much that we turned around and placed another order, and this time it was for the Doggy Joe, crazy tots, and mac and cheese! We put the mac and cheese on the tots and it was an amazing combination! Also, best chilly cheese dog ever! The hot dog was so good! The chili sauce had the perfect balance of savory and sweet! The Chillz sauce is so unique and delicious as well! Could put that stuff on anything, lol!!! Tots were crispy which was awesome! Mac and cheese was so incredibly creamy..warms you from the inside out! All the food is "Slap yo mama and shut the front door" sooooo good!! This place is a great addition to North Manchester, and we hope it is around for decades to come! Thank you for the amazing service and divine food! This was our first time here, and overall it was really good! The employee that helped us was really friendly and helpful. She even gave my kids a rubber ducky to play with. My daughter also spilled her water, and they cleaned it up without hesitation. The atmosphere was nice inside, and we enjoyed the music that was being played. We decided to eat our meal inside and have our ice cream outside. We were pleasantly surprised they had music playing outside as well. But the food was very good! The sloppy joe meat is delicious! We tried it on the Toasty Joe and the Crazy Tots. We also tried the Pizza Toasty and the mac and cheese, which my kids really enjoyed. My son says he doesn't like macaroni and cheese but tried a couple bites and said he really liked it. I didn't realize it's an extra charge for sauce until after I paid, but I definitely don't regret it. Their homemade Chillz Ranch is really good! It pairs perfectly with the Toasty Joe. We also got donut delights for dessert. The only thing, they didn't have fudge brownie chunks for the Peanut Butter Brownie Donut Delight and the donuts had somewhat of a plastic flavor to them. But we will definitely be back! We want to try more donut delight combinations, the donuts by themselves, and their shakes.
