McDonald's — Restaurant in North Manheim Township

If I could give zero stars I would. We went inside to eat today. There were no other customers inside and approximately 5 cars in the drive thru. We went to place our order my husband ordered first, he ordered the sausage burrito meal and I ordered a number 8. The cashier proceeded to tell me that thry didn't have a number 8 meal. I said well it says number 8 on the board its a bagel sandwich. She said we're out oc that. Ok So which I was deciding on what I wanted, a girl came out of the back and said they were out of burritos. So we asked what they did have and the cashier said Im not sure. Ok. So we ordered. My husband ordered a chicken biscuit add mayo and pickles. I ordered a biscuit with a diet soda. After looking at the reciept I noticed the cashier didn't put on the add ons to my husband's sandwich so I said something. She said don't worry, it will be on thete. Well of course it wasn't and my drink was not a diet drink but they served me Root Beer. I went up to the counter to try to get the correct drink. At this time there are now 3 customers in line, no one at the counter and very short line in the drive thru. I stood there for about 5 minutes until the manager started walking padt me to which I called out and explained what happened. She told someone and it literally took another 5 minutes till I got my correct drink. The other customers inside were agitated because they did not have their stuff together at all today. It was not busy when we were in there. There were employees clearly aggravated by each other having loud conversations about what the other was doing. At no time during our visit was it busy. We sat on the side by the drive thru and not once was it backed up. Get it together people. If it was busy I'd totally understand but it wasn't and we were not the only customers subjected to bad...

Place is very nice..After last 3 times going to Drive Thru and had issues everytime I went inside. Very nice however it was dirty Soda counter was mess . Napkins and straws all over tables and place was empty also both Ketchup Dispensers were empty. I told worker about it seemed they really didn't care. As always somethings wrong there. Ordered Quarter Pounder with Cheese got order decided to eat there NO Cheese on burger girl at counter said OMG that's really funny I said do you think??? It was the most horribly presented burger I've ever seen. Garbage can was starting to overflow. Such a shame with nobody inside they couldn't keep it clean. After eating I went to use Hand Sanitizer Station completely empty as were the other 2 inside...they had wipes i found by bathrooms they were as dry as the Sahara Desert. After 3 bad drive thru experiences and now inside...I'll NEVER go...

The evening staff forgot the chicken nuggets to our meal, however, Andrew was very kind in letting us come back to pick some up. Only thing I would like the staff to remember, is even if you do the RIGHT thing, think about how your customers PERCEIVE it. Example- I go to pick up the aforementioned 20-nuggets (kindly doubled the order since they forgot the original 10) and the “boy” at the window dropped the bag on the floor. He looked right at me, grabbed it and walked around the corner. Came back about 1minute later and had another “boy” working with him hand me the bag. Could they have made or gave me fresh nuggets? Sure. But under a minute? Probably not considering the first order when they forgot the chicken nugggets in the first place took 25mins. Again, be careful what your customers SEE. Not only what you DO....
