Worst experience ever at Rita's. Got a lrg cup of ice. Should have been half tropical half Pina colada. Received only one paddle of Pina colada on top of a the tropical. Cup was not filled to the top. The cup was dripping with ice because there was no care in preparing it. Shame on me for picking the cup up. I had ice that dripped on my foot. I didn't want to cause a scene because it looked as if the young man was overwhelmed. Also wouldn't have been fair for the two ppl that were in line behind me to have to wait because we were waiting about 10 mins to be served. I'll by pass that store this summer. Young girls were extremely RUDE AS HELL!!! And it’s NOT the first time that they have been it’s been on several occasions. I saw a lot of trash on the floor when I was there a couple days ago on the floor behind the counters there was napkins cups and other things that were on the floor that looked like TRASH because they looked USED.The front counters were dirty the windows were not cleaned either.it was a disgrace and I will NOT BE COMING BACK . We arrived a by 8:50 (10 minutes before closing) and there was a small line. I was in line before they closed and right at 9 they shut off the lights and wouldn’t serve me despite me being in line before closing.
