Casey's — Restaurant in North Mankato

We just ordered 2 pizzas, one of which was supposed to be a bacon breakfast pizza. Got home and opened the box. It was a breakfast pizza with bacon, sausage, and a bunch of veggies. After 5 attempts of calling the store, someone finally answered. He proceeded to tell us that this is what comes on a bacon breakfast pizza(we've ordered this pizza numerous times and this is not how it is made) and even argued a bit after we told him this is not a bacon breakfast pizza. He finally agreed to make a new one and said he had 5 orders that he had to make and our pizza would take another hour! It wasn't until we threatened to speak to the new manager "J" that he said OK, it'll be ready in 20 minutes. The only reason this review is getting two stars is because this used to be an excellent Casey's until the old managers left. I can't even get too mad at this dude in the kitchen though because this store is so understaffed. Casey's, I can't even imagine how many customers you're losing everyday at this location due to never having food available in the mornings. Get your act together and start offering more than $12 an hour so you can get some more help...

Visit this Casey's regularly and this is the 2nd time we've had major issues with ordering pizza. Was supposed to be ready by 5:45pm but when I arrived there were 8+ people already waiting for their pizzas, and the workers couldn't even find my ticket order. They hadn't even started working on them, and had tons of orders still to fulfill (and seemed to be out of a lot of ingredients). Everyone in there seemed very frustrated with the huge delays. Workers were at least nice enough to give me a refund (since I had ordered and paid online).

Had similar issues with huge delays on pizza orders not too long ago as well.

Not sure what exactly the kitchen issues are, but probably won't try to order pizza from...

The worst Casey's. Hands down. Not only are they out of gas more often than they should be, the kitchen is always out of food (even over the lunch rush) the staff is beyond rude! At 1215 we were in there for pizza and it was already gone, we get its lunch and goes fast, but when asked when there would be more pizza she snapped at us and said " maybe sometime today". And continued to glare at everyone that walked up to the empty food display. Hate to say this wasn't the only time this has happend at...
