RUDE . DISRESPECTFUL.UNPROFESSIONAL Let me just say for the last two months i have been ordering there every week on my days off. They are 4 mins from me . I always have good interaction and the delivery driver has always been awesome. Today this guy wanted to be Mr. important so I’m giving him his spotlight. Doesn’t matter if you see him promise you’ll know him because hes the rudest on in there. Kept calling me a man after i said i was a female, lied and said they don’t deliver to my house which they have so many times already, and when i asked to speak to a manager or owner he said it was him ( which also was a lie) . Then to top it all off he hung up on me and blocked my number from the company phone to not call back. Probably will be my last time sadly because of this rude man . I’m going to be honest. When I first moved into the area I was told this place was the closest restaurant so I decided to try it out one day. I’ve had better food but the customer service with the man did make a difference so although it was not the best it was ok for a busy day quick place to eat. However today I called my order instead of coming into the restaurant & I finally seen the other side of them. Incredibly rude. Was not willing to up charge for another side when explained I do not eat pork. He kept talking very sarcastically every time a question was asked. They must be close to having to lock their doors for the last time because the place looks ran down as well… but I’ve heard from all the locals that “back in the day” that was the best place to eat in the area. GO TO CHUNG WAH CHINESE/ BETTER FOOD BETTER SERVICE!!Decided to order one more last time since its going to be my last day in Miami. I called and asked for chicken fried rice, and they gave me pork, which i dont eat because of religious reasons. I called and told them the situation and told me they gonna give me credit for it. I don’t understand what credit they can give me when im not going to be living here anymore, i asked if they could deliver me the right order and said they dont do delivery where i live.
