We had been going for many weeks every Thursday for karaoke night and had lots of fun each time. Food always good, but a little pricey. Service was always pretty good. Atmosphere was great. We really thought we'd found our weekly place to karaoke and have a fun night out and felt like regulars. Recently, while I was out of town, my wife brought our a large party in, her dad, our kids, and our 5 grandkids for karaoke night. The kids were being kids, having fun, were around and about, but not running, not screaming, just kids having fun. My wife asked those around if they were bothering them and she was told no by everyone in that area and they were all enjoying them having fun. The bartender, who we have had serve us MANY times and we've tipped her VERY well in the past, very told my wife to control the kids or they would have to leave. Again my wife asked those around if the kids were bothering them and everyone assured her they were not being a problem. A short while later the bartender comes over again and again rudely tells my wife they needed to leave because the kids were unruly. Hey guess what....NO PROBLEM! They left without ordering additional food and drinks which they would have all night had they not gotten kicked out by the rude bartender. We spent a ton of money in this place weekly, brought in friends, and were helping get the word out to our karaoke friends that they had a great weekly karaoke. After this treatment, we will NEVER BE BACK! Completely uncalled for by the bar tender and again NO ONE around them was complaining about the kids behavior. It was ONLY the one employee who was rude and kicked them out. It doesn't seem to be a good business model to kick out regulars who spent a lot of time and money in that place. Read moreI was sick the other night and was unable to pull a meal together for my family so I ordered Rosatis delivery. I spent $55.00 plus $12.00 delivery tip. Totally expect that price range when you're feeding a large family. The issue was the family size salad was missing, which is all one family member could eat out of this order. So I called and let them know. They informed me there was a new cook and a new delivery driver. She said have the delivery driver come back out. Then a family member noticed moments later the mozzarella sticks were missing. So I called right back within 2 to 5 minutes and told them the mozzarella sticks weren't in the order. Sounds small and unimportant but one of my kids was ready for mozzarella sticks. She let me know the delivery driver would bring the mozzarella sticks too. Cool. Delivery guy got here with the salad but no mozzarella sticks. I called back and I was put on hold for 5 minutes and ended up just hanging up, because I'm sick and just decided this was unnecessary at this point. We eat in or order Rosatis a couple times a year and it seems like there's just always something and it really bums me out. This specific order the pasta had zero taste. My kids were amazed that it had absolutely no flavor and did their best to laugh it off and add seasoning to it. The pizza was pretty good. I don't know if it's a lack of staff or just not having the ability to have quality and fulfillment control. I want to love this place, but it's always something. I hope we see a difference...
Read moreWe called in an order for delivery at 6:18PM, and were told 45 minutes. At 7:37PM we received a call from the same person who took our order telling us that it would be another HOUR before our order that was already PAID for was delivered to us. I asked to speak to the manager, in which I was abruptly put on hold as I was being transferred. A gentlemen in the kitchen picked up and I stated that I wanted to CANCEL my order, and explained the story to him. He would NOT let me cancel, told me that my order had already left and he didn’t know who I talked to, or why they told me that, but he has been cooking in the kitchen. This is completely unacceptable, first to have your employee call stating it will be another hour, and then to be argued with by another employee, who completely dismissed the fact I wanted to cancel my order? We now get a text at 8:01PM stating our order will be arriving shortly, so TWO hours for delivery. Food arrived at 8:20PM. This is absolutely ridiculous. I don’t care how good the food is, when the service is poor, the whole establishment suffers. To not let a customer cancel their order, to argue with the customer, and to completely disregard nor have any respect for the customer is completely inexcusable. I have several friends and family members that eat at and order delivery from Rosatis, and generally they say it’s good.
