Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in North Platte

I placed an order for their special the girl said two medium for $5.99 I asked her how many toppings can I have on the special she said as many as you like I then ordered their combination pizza and the other pepperoni and jalapeños. She then said that'll cost $25 I said but deal was for $5.99 each pizza? Then she said im sorry theres alot of toppings on the combination pizza. I said I asked how many toppings am I allowed and you said as many as i like. Trying to be patient she then told me 2 toppings I said no problem I'll just have pepperoni and jalapeños on both pizza she said ok that'll be $21 without delivery fee, I said what happen to the $5.99 each for two? I then canceled all orders she doesnt sound to trustworthy I had a feeling she was going to screw up my order intentionally. I then went with pizza...

Literally ordered then drove up to the store when it was ready. They told me they lost the receipt and ate my food. I thought they were kidding. That is not funny. I was at the store 5 minutes literally after it said done online. That’s really ridiculous. Like I am walking in to get my food and you tell me you ate it after it JUST got done?? I would have showed you my receipt on my end.

UPDATE: Store manager did give me a CALLBACK, not just an insert name here type of email or response. He personally called my back and apologized for the staff behavior. I will be ordering with them again since the manager reached out and was VERY polite. Apology accepted and the manager himself deserves the praise. Thank you for making it right. The crew in this Domino's is kind and considerate! They actually do their job and they are WAYYY faster than the Little Ceasar's in town. The pick up orders were done. The food was amazing, yes it is a little more costly than Little Ceasar's, but you don't have the entire crew (except for one employee) picking their nose and saying they don't know what they're supposed to be doing. A 15 min wait is a 15 min wait here! Not the "15 min" 2 hours later still not ready after ordering ahead mess that I experienced at Little Ceasar's.
