China East小陈厨房 — Restaurant in North Potomac

Well last night was the first time I ordered from China East in a couple of weeks. While placing my order come to find they no longer have egg foo young on the menu. This is when the lady on the phone said they're under new management. How can you have a Chinese restaurant and no egg foo young?? They still had the same delivery person who is always nice and delivered the food hot. Well they changed the crispy noodles you get with the chicken chow mein. The food went down hill when I found out they use bad food to cook and the most important is - they always charged inaccurately for my food but not charged less, it’s overly charged every time, if you said you charge wrong why not charge less but more, so I think they did it intentionally.
