Dunkin' — Restaurant in North Reading

this dunks has arguably some of the worst service i’ve ever seen. instead of actually listening to your order they seem to just put in whatever they want that sounds close to your order. i ordered loaded hashbrowns, got regular hashbrowns. in the same order i ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel. i, instead, got a sausage egg and cheese. i asked them to fix my order and who i assume was the manager on shift decided to roll her eyes as if it was the worst thing that could have possibly happened. the workers are rude and love to talk to each other while they take your order which explains why my order is almost always wrong. honestly, prob won’t ever...

I usually love this place, as it is the closest Dunkin to me and most of the ladies are wonderful. However, I just left there after ordering my normal cold brew and the server told me it’s not good for me (I’m 40 weeks pregnant). I told her my OB is aware of my caffeine habits and is fine with them.

Not sure why people feel the need to butt into pregnant ladies diets and tell them (wrongly, might I add) what is best, but I think some people there might need some training about the appropriateness of acceptable conversation. No drive thru, but they were quick with my app order so it didn't take up a huge amount of time. I prefer drive thru when I have the baby in the car so I don't have to unstrap him and then strap him back in, especially when I'm in a huge hurry.

They also didn't check who it was who took the order, it was just left out. They didn't even say anything to me, anyone could have...
