I frequently stop at this location, and have always been satisfied. The last three times the ice cream was a huge disappointment - today when I stopped around 4:30 pm with my daughters, the the oreo icecream somehow "changed" to chocolate with brownie crumbles through out but the time before was vanilla icecream with oreos (tasted like ice chunks that time). The Salty dog my daughter got was pretty much pure vanilla - no caramel or chocolate covered pretzels - see picture. When I brought the "oreo" concern to the manager, I was told it's always been like this and I'd have to pay for another cone. She also said their icecream is shipped in- so NOT Homemade as claimed. She didn't really care what a loyal, frequent customer had to say and was quite customer "unfriendly". Don't waste your money on "shipped in" icecream, unreliable flavors and bad management. Shop local, well established companies - HANKS or BRUSTER'S ONLY! I'll be heading there as my "oreo" was so gross I tossed it right...

I have been a loyal customer of Katie's Korner for several years, enjoying weekly visits during the summer and monthly visits in the winter season. However, after receiving a subpar batch of ice cream recently that lacked the peanut butter that was always abundant in the Revel ice cream I previously enjoyed, I have made the decision not to return. I promptly brought this issue to the attention of management, who assured me they would address it, but unfortunately, there was no follow-up. This lack of concern for customer satisfaction leads me to believe that my patronage is not valued. As a result, I have chosen to take my business elsewhere, even if it means traveling a greater distance. Thank you for your past service, but I must now seek out a new establishment for my ice...

Chippewa Location: -Banana Split with 3 scoops of ice cream and all the topping = $5.50. -Large sundae with 2 scoops of ice cream and all the toppings = $5.50. *Placed our order... A large sundae with only bananas and strawberries, plus some other items. Waited 10 minutes. Got a large sundae with ALL the toppings, including nuts. We have a nut allergy. Take it back to the window and wait for someone to acknowledge us. Explain the problem... Wait another 5 minutes. What we were given back was now a SMALL sundae with 1 tiny scoop of ice cream, with strawberries and bananas... for $5.50. Our childs ice cream which was "1 scoop" in a dish was double the amount of ice cream for about half...
