Never have been so poorly treated in my life. I asked for a partial refund bc I was overcharged and was called hostile , I was literally yelled at to sit down and wait for a full refund or I wouldn’t get one. He yelled at me like I was a child. Said I was being rude and hostile. I only wanted to be refunded the overcharge bc online says it was a deal for pick up. He got loud with me and kept yelling saying I wasn’t listening. Read moreOur family has been ordering from Lumberjack's for a few years now and overall have had "okay" experiences, aside from food arriving late. However, there is no consistency in ordering. Sometimes pizza is too saucy and sometimes not enough sauce. We live less than 5 minutes away (about 2.5 miles) and most of the time the food arrives luke warm or cold. We have only complained once when both of our pizzas were BURNT and COLD and had arrived 1hr and 20 min later! We immediately called for a refund and little did we know they put our address on a "Do Not Deliver" flag! Why?!?! So I call and ask to speak to a manager when finding this out, and the manager was "Too Busy" to speak to me! Horrible service!!! Do not waste your time with these people!...

At 12:07pm I asked when my order would be ready after waiting 47 minutes that is from when I paid. I proceeded to ask when order would be ready girl said pizza were on there way out of oven. A woman who came in after me order 3 large pizzas and walked out before me. I then asked for owner. When she finally came over she was trying to blame girl answering phone. I said in no way was it her fault and I don’t think owner understood what I was trying to tell her. She then became rude and with an attitude. I will never go back!!!
