Dunkin' — Restaurant in North Stonington

Omg it was aweful the wa u r staff wore gloves good things but she u sedan them without chang u ng them after r u ng u ng up the person in front of me and using them on her hair to get it away from her face she reached right in and grabbed my coffee roll, oh gross, I never really say anything but I couldn't hold back. I asked h er u f I could gave a different one and could she use the wax paper to get it. Well s h e didn't take it well. I told her if s h e had used the paper to get it to begin with i been fine. She told me s h e had a new glove on as she grabbed a coffee roll and threw it in a bag. Telling me s h e had a bad day. I really don't care at this point. She stormed off I heard a few things banged. I als I bought my granddaughter 3 donut holes that I threw out because she had used the duty glove to handle them before I had seen. I ordered a decaf light with milk 2 sugars. N I t sure how old the coffee was it was not good not light and no sugar. I sure wasn't going back in. This girl needs some training. First I mother hygiene was bad, hair in her face, powered sugar look like she rolled in it, even on her eyeglasses. I give a one star the coffee...

I have been going here for YEARS. And i have so much to say. This location consistently goes downhill. Recently i continue to receive wrong drinks, RAW bacon, cold food, rude employees… considering they don’t respond to any reviews i have a feeling their management is terrible. They clearly don’t actually care about their customers or what they’re serving to them. I am actually in disbelief at how terrible they’ve become here. The managers are always rude, one woman specifically… it’s not our fault you decided to be a Dunkin manger as ur career. I don’t want to pay for shitty food and drinks, much less give money to the people that work there. I understand it’s difficult to work fast food service. But it’s TRULY not that hard to make a decent coffee and...

This place was outrageously busy. I ordered a hot latte, which was given to me ice cold, and an egg and cheese on an English with hashbrowns & a egg and cheese on croissant with hash browns, which both came out ok. The order took 22 minutes to be made. They asked me to pull around front so I wasn’t stopping traffic in their drive thru to wait for my order. After receiving my order and driving off, I discovered my latte was very cold and had to go back. When I went inside to the counter to inform them my latte was cold (like you could physically feel the cup was cold) they looked at me like I was a nuisance and snatched it out of my hand to remake it.
