The customer service was pleasant, the guy taking my order was very nice and had a polite demeanor. I got a burger and fries for $19. Kinda pricy for fast food with no drink, but I don’t mind paying if the quality is good. The fries were a 10/10 crispy, plenty of bacon and cheese layered in between and on top, and a lot of fries in the container well worth it. The burger not so much. It was dry. No mayo mustard ketchup no sauce at all just meat cheese toppings and bun. No condiments, fork, or napkins in the bag. Good thing we had some in the car already. We got back on the road and I took a bite of my burger and had to throw it out. It was mushy and RAW! Literally pink all the way through the pattie it was disgusting and very disappointing. I don’t mind a rare steak but it’s not safe to consume raw ground beef from just anywhere as the ground up bacteria can kill you. Expensive burger gone to waste. I wouldn’t recommend. We were already too far away to turn back or else I would have just asked them for an exchange not a refund. Had to waste another $15 and stop again to another fast food restaurant to replace the meal I couldn’t eat. I will not be...
