FROM THE VERY BEGINNING THE PHONE CALL WAS SO FRIENDLY AND PASSIVE BUT ABSOLUTELY PROFESSIONAL TOO, YEP IT TRULY FELT LIKE TALKING TO WHAT IT SHOULD BE A FRIEND AND INSTEAD OF LOOKING AT THE PERSON ON THE PHONE AS JUST A CUSTOMER IT BOTTOM LINE FELT LIKE FAMILY AND THAT IS WHAT GOD WANTS EVERY BUSINESS AND EVERYONE EVERYWHERE ALL OVER GOD'S WORLD TO BE. First time visiting this restaurant today. I ordered the Gyro and a large pizza. OMG!!! I want to let many know that this is by far the BEST place to order a Gyro here in North Stonington! The staff are super friendly, serviceable and professional! They have a variety of different foods to order from on their menu which I’m sure will be as great tasting as what I had! The pizza was super tasty, cheesy like the New York Pizza I am so accustomed to and yes the oily part people had mentioned previously on their comments did not deter me because a Good pizza will seep the oil that is just normal. Do not read about others comments on how oily their pizzas are instead focus on the great taste of pizza made at the Red Onion and that is not found anywhere in New England that is as tasty as the Red Onion makes! I will be a forever customer and plan to spread the word to all I meet, friends and family about this place located in North Stonington which by the way is on the way to the nearby Casinos for those that want to grab a quick bite and food that is super delicious!!!!
