Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in North Township

At 1:05 pm March 19, 2024, no one was at the register when I walked in. I said a loud "hello, anyone here?" and there was no answer. I could see the mess left on the prep table in the back. I looked around the other side and there was a young guy back there texting or whatever on his phone. I couldn't believe that he did not respond when I walked thru the door. He saw me as I turned around to walk out the door shaking my head and he still said not a word. I'm sure he was happy to get back to his cell phone. I had just come from the other location at 2070 Indianapolis blvd because they were closed for some reason. I haven't eaten Little Ceasars in decades but I decided I wanted to try the new pizza bites because of a review I saw. I definitely won't be going back to this location tho. It just doesn't look like they care at all about the atmosphere or the customer service so it makes me wonder about the food and I don't want them making anything I have to put in my mouth. I will try one...

This location can be hit or miss. The last few times the food was fantastic minus the fact that the employees don’t know what crazy crust means. Sent a pizza back so they could add it and I’m not sure what they did because the crust was not “crazy” when I got home. (Crazy crust is the garlic butter and Parmesan on the crust of the pizza)

Today 6/14/25 I ordered a stuffed crazy crust pizza with extra toppings and a side of crazy bread. Crust was not crazy crusted, I got less pepperoni when I ordered extra, and the crazy bread tasted like play dough and looked like something they swept out from under the table from last week. The crazy bread wasn’t even garlicky and had no Parmesan on it. Threw the crazy bread in the trash. (This is the third time I paid for crazy crust and didn’t get it) DISAPPOINTING…..

Made an order on the app for a thin crust pep, 1 crazy bread, 1 ICB and 2 dipping sauces... order was a few minutes late which was ok. Then the app told me my order was ready and couldnt be placed in the portal and to go to the counter. So i go to the counter to pick up my order, to which they say isnt even ready yet. Turns out they gave my ICB to someone else and had to make a new one. Stood for about another 10 minutes waiting, and while i was waiting i decided to look around. One of the menu screens was half blank due to a bullet hole in the middle of the monitor, the entire place looked covered in a grime layer and one of the employees even came out of the back and asked me to send him 20 on cashapp and hed give me free food to cover it....
