Went to this location around 11pm. When I pull up to the drive thru, it says on a piece of paper that the poppers are sold out. So I ask when will they be back, the lady over the intercom say they have them. That confused me because the piece of paper that was tapped said they didn't have any. So I ordered two boxes/ bags. I was the only person in line. I waited a good while, and I couldn't understand why if I was the only person there why did it take that long. From what I could see the two females that was there didn't have on hair net or hats. Don't remember seeing gloves either. So I finally get my food. I live maybe give mins away. Why was my food cold smh. Then when I was looking for the receipt, the girl put my receipt in my bag on top of my food. That's so unsanitary !!! Then the receipt I got wasn't the regular receipt I was supposed to get. I wanted to get a free whooper for doing the survey. Since I didn't get the receipt, I couldn't get my free whooper on my next order. So I go on line, look up their customer service and it takes me to the site to leave them the complaint. It then said the manager will see it and someone will get back to me. So I get a email from Burger King saying they sorry about my food and basically that was it. I didn't get a coupon for my whooper, a refund, nothing !!!! I was so mad when I got home. How my food was still cold when I waited that long to get it/ them to make it...
Read moreI don't think I'm going to blame it on the owner or the person making the food maybe it was me maybe I said something wrong to the wonderful manager that was working that day who knows 1 thing I do know... is that when you say 4 double cheeseburgers 2 plain & 2 without ketchup, but you get 4 with only pickles. They even had me repeat it at the drive-thru speaker. I was shorted $0.02 (I know 2 cents; right?)(it's not the amount, it's the principle), I wasn't given a receipt. When I went in to get a receipt I was told that they're out of paper & yet there was a roll right there on the counter. When I pointed this out to the "wonderful" manager, she proceeded to tell me... I don't know... That that paper doesn't go to the other register or something. As if they're not all connected. As if I never worked fast food. McDonald's, Burger King, they're all the same. So I played her game. I asked her if she could write me out a receipt, b/c I needed something to show the people that I was getting the food for. I was ignored. And when I asked to see the supervisor. She told me that she was the supervisor. As if she supervises herself or something. She wasn't trying to hear anything I was saying. Read moreNow I would not have given this place as good a rating as I did, but I did it because I actually went into the inside of the store and got some helpful news from a employee there cause my food was always cold and cheese was NEVER melted so I kind of brought it up as I was checking my order cause this location also seems to make a lot of mistakes. But the young Hispanic man told me to tell them I want it straight off the broiler and it will be fresh and them just not saying it was fresh and you still know it wasn't. The whole staff there on this day was real chilled out and the line chef even had some head bobbing going on so I was entertained. The staff had good personalities, all my food was perfectly made right & FRESH.. Couldn't ask for anything better then that. Good job guys you don't get good service like that often and I told the guy good job and he said he really appreciated that I told him that cause all these people hear is the complaints but not the happy comments so people if you get good serve please let them know directly or atleast let their mgr.
